Check Out Time
Please check out of your room at The Brighton Apartments no later than 10:00am. Check out after this time is subject to availability and additional charges.
Pre Registration / Early Check-In
If guest requires a guaranteed check in for arrival prior to 2:00pm then the pre-registration is required. Pre-registration is where the guest has booked and paid for the night prior to guarantee the availability of the room for immediate check in.
After hours Check-In
Please contact the hotel and advise of your arrival time. The Brighton Apartments have limited opening times during the week, weekends and public holidays. If you require check-in after hours, please contact us during opening hours for after key access information. Details will be send to you via email or SMS.

Late Check out
We can accommodate late check out past the check out time, only if it is confirmed and organised prior to the day of the departure or on some occasions the day of departure. To guarantee a late check out time the guest needs to book and pay the night of departure.
Guest Registration
All guests, adults and children are required to be registered with the hotel and complete a guest registration card.
Credit Card Imprint & Cash Deposit
Every guest is required to provide a credit card for incidental charges and room payment, if required. The hotel will process a pre-authorisation. If a guest does not want to use a credit card, a cash deposit will be required of a minimum $300.
Identification
All guests are required to provide photo identification (ID) during check in for security purposes.
Minimum Age
Each room must have a registered adult aged 18 years and older.
Party Bookings
The Brighton Apartments has a strict NO PARTY policy.
Non smoking
The Brighton Apartments is 100% non smoking property with no smoking allowed throughout the whole complex. Any guest found in breach of the hotel's non smoking policy may be charged additional cleaning fees ($500 minimum charge) and loss of revenue compensation. Guests who fail to comply with the hotel's non smoking policy may be requested to vacate their hotel room and the premises and forfeit any deposits made with the hotel.
Car Parking
The hotel offers complimentary car parking for all guests. This service is provided by the hotel however, the hotel accepts no liability for any loss or damage of personal items whilst in the hotel car park. The hotel also accepts no liability or responsibility for any damage occurred to the vehicle whilst in the hotel car park or under the hotel employees care. The hotel recommends all guests to have full and comprehensive insurance so any potential claims can be covered by the insurance cover.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping will service every guest room daily between the hours of 9am to 2pm. The One bedroom and Two bedroom apartments are serviced twice weekly.
Rack Rate
The rack rate indicates the full rate applicable for the room type and its market value.
Signed Contract
Rates are not valid until signed copy of this contract is returned to the sales department of the hotel. By signing this contract you agree to the trading terms as outlined in this contract and all applicable fees and charges. Alternatively, an email acknowledging receipt of our contracted rates and acceptance of our terms and conditions will be accepted. In the absence of a signed contract, it will be acknowledged that by accessing and booking these special contract rates, the booker accepts the Brighton Apartments Terms and conditions.
Special Event Period
A surcharge is applicable for all reservations booked over special Event periods. The surcharge is applicable for all reservations. Events dates are subject to change and are beyond the control of the hotel.
FORCE MAJEURE: Neither party shall be liable for any delay or default in performing here under if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government actions or restrictions, travel warnings, coup d’état, martial law, state of emergency, wars, terrorism, insurrections, pandemics, epidemics, nuclear incidents, EMP and/or any other cause beyond the control of the party whose performance is affected (“Force Majeure”); provided, however, that adverse economic conditions or general financial or operational constraints are not deemed to be a Force Majeure event. If either party is affected by a Force Majeure event, it shall forthwith notify the other party of the nature and extent thereof.
Additional Person Fees
Additional fees are applicable for the extra adult occupying the room and will be charged the Extra Adult fee of $30 per day per person.
Children
Infants 0 to 2 years utilising a cot is charged at $15 per night. Children aged from 2 to 12 years old will be charged the child rate of $20 per day per child. Adult rate are 12 years and over and will be charged at $30 per day per person.
Payments & Credit facilities
Deposit
a)Where the hotel has granted credit approval, no deposit is required for bookings where the company has agreed, signed and returned The Brighton Apartments Terms and Conditions. At the discretion of the hotel, all booking must be secured by a credit card or a deposit equal to one nights accommodation for all rooms requested.
b)Where credit approval has NOT been granted, full prepayment is required minimum 72 hours prior to arrival and/or a credit card for room guarantee is required. Where payment has not been received the hotel reserves the right to release the reserved rooms for sale.
Credit Account
If your company does not have a credit with the hotel, prepayment is required at least 72 hours prior to the guest's arrival. If prepayment has not been received by this time the room/reservation will be automatically released for sale. If credit facilities are to be established with the hotel, credit approval takes 14 days to process. A credit application form is required to be completed in full including credit references and returned to the hotel for processing. The only businesses excluded from advising credit references are financial Institutions and Government Departments. Payment should be made within 30 days after the date of invoice. Credit Accounts reaching 45 days outstanding will automatically be suspended until outstanding monies has been paid. Accounts that have been suspended for trading outside the 30 day trading account terms will only be reinstated at the discretion of the Hotel General Manager.
Credit Card and/or Company Credit Card Payment
Companies who wish to make a payment via credit card and/ or company credit card will need to be complete a credit card authorisation payment form including signature plus forward a copy of the front and back of the credit card for signature verification purposes. This will be required for every individual booking. Alternatively the company can provide a 'Blanket Card Authority" that will be applicable for all bookings for a set validity period. All credit card payments and required paperwork are required to be organised with the hotel minimum 72 hours prior to guest arrival. The credit card authority will also need to state exactly which charges they are authorizing e.g. All charges, Room only.
Credit Card Surcharge
A surcharge of 3% is applicable for payments made via Diners and American Express. This surcharge will be calculated and added to the entire charge at time of processing.
Confidentiality
The operator/company confirms and agrees that this agreement as confidential between the operator/company and the hotel, and the operator/company shall not in any circumstances divulge or permit to be divulged the contents of the agreement.
Promo Code
Discounts of Promo Code is subject to seasonal changes and availability.
Cancellation Policy (The booking service fee is non-refundable)
Refunds of deposits and fees paid are available from The Brighton Inn under the following circumstances:
Shoulder / Other Season Bookings
• Cancellations providing more than 48 hours’ notice in relation to scheduled arrival date are fully refundable.
• Cancellations inside 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid equivalent to the total of the accommodation.
• No show will result in forfeiture of all monies paid equivalent to the total of the accommodation.
Peak Period Bookings
• Cancellations providing more than 3 days notice in relation to scheduled arrival date are fully refundable, less a $40 administration fee.
• Cancellations inside 3 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid equivalent to the total of the accommodation.
• No show will result in forfeiture of all monies paid equivalent to the total of the accommodation.
