Treat yourself and escape to this luxury architect-designed house and sun-drenched pool, located on the absolute beachfront of Tallow Beach, a 5km sweeping surf beach stretching from the Cape Byron Lighthouse to Broken Head, with nothing but a forested sand dune separating you from the beach.

Sunblest is designed for total relaxation and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults, with children taking the maximum guests to 12. When families and friends travel together the last thing you want is to be tripping over each other. You won't do that here... the house is truly enormous, yet still elegantly equipped with everything you'll need. This is one of Byron's most luxurious and well-appointed homes.

Features:
4 huge bedrooms, each with its own fully equipped ensuite bathroom featuring double showers. The two master bedrooms offer luxurious king sized beds. Another bedroom comfortably accommodates both a queen bed and king-single bed. And the fourth bedroom features two bunks, one with 2x single mattresses, and the other with a single and double bunk: ideal for kids and families.

There's a media room with a large screen Plasma, wifi, Nintendo Wii and Foxtel cable TV, a large separate dining room comfortably seating 10 people, secluded lounge spaces, a huge chef's kitchen European appliances with breakfast bar, outdoor gas BBQ and a fully equipped laundry.

Upstairs is our fabulous gloriette - an enormous undercover outdoor space with stunning views to the Byron Hinterland to the west, and the relaxing roar of the surf behind the pool to the east. Relax up here on the comfy lounges. Or what better place for that quiet pre-dinner drink?

And...
The mood at Sunblest is elegant and sophisticated. If you enjoy modern design and understated style, you will adore this house... you won't want to leave. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors ensure the house is bathed in light all day. Of course, there is air-conditioning too including in each bedroom but the high ceilings, louvered windows and ceiling fans will invariably keep you comfortable. All windows have fitted fly-screens. For the young and young at heart, there are plenty of toys, board games, books, Nintendo Wii games, pool toys and DVD's to devour. The pool and backyard is fully safety fenced and the property is surrounded by gates and fences, so kids can play safely while parents relax.

There are high chairs and a portacot too. There's also a public park with kids' playground with swings and climbing equipment just 100 metres along Alcorn Street. There is a grassy central courtyard, flanked by frangipanis and BBQ area under a louvered pergola.

On the beachside is the grassy backyard adjacent to the tropical pool and sun lounges. Open the back gate, stroll over the dune and you're on the beach.

Just 5 minutes away by car is the Byron town centre. And only 5 minutes’ walk away is a range of local services, including the Suffolk Park Pub/Bistro, supermarket, pharmacy and post office. Or why not ride your bicycle into town along the path between the beach and the Tallows Creek nature reserve? This is Paradise.

As Sunblest is located in a quiet residential area, loud music and parties and not permitted. We have wonderful neighbours and we respect their rights not to be disturbed by our guests.

Terms & conditions

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellation
Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise
Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance. For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact our office.

We had a stunning weekend at Lee's beachside property. The house is bigger than the photos indicated and was more than enough space for a family weekend away with 3 couples and 3 young children. Kitchen was great for our cook ups and had loads of space for all. Location was perfect (10 min drive from Byron) and it's a short walk straight out the back to the beach which made it super easy for getting everyone down for a swim. There's a great little bakery close by too which made excellent coffee. Lee was quick to reply with any questions I had and was accommodating also. Thanks for a great weekend and we hope to make it back up!

We had a lovely stay at Sun Blest. Spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Great location. Would not hesitate to recommend

It is a such spacious house. We only have 6 people but it can easily fit 12 people in. Two bed room with queen beds, one with bunk bed can fit 5 and another room with one double and one single. Each room has its own bath room and toilet. There is another toilet in the Laundry for sharing. Upstairs gets a quite spacious open living area. The modern kitchen has everything you will need including a rice cooker. The dinning table is very big. There is a big proper BBQ in the yard as well. It is a really kids friendly house. There is a toys storage room with a lot of toys in, also two high chairs and two fishing chair. There are a lot of water toy in the pool storage room as well. The game/movie room is very comfortable. There are a lot of DVD and Wii games. The house is in a perfect location, about 2 mins drive to the Sunfolk shopping center with Spars supermarket. The most beautiful beach in Byron Bay is just on your backyard from private path of 3 mins walk. This house won’t disappoint you. You will love it.
