A beautiful bed and breakfast hideaway just an hour out of Sydney on an island accessible only by boat.
From the moment you leave Church Point in Sydney’s Northern beaches to catch the ferry stress disappears
Colin and Rosemary Haskell ran an award winning B& B in an old Georgian six bedroom house in the Lake District of Northern England before seeking the warmer climes of Pittwater.
Rosemary is passionate about cooking and her big English breakfasts are out of this world. Homemade and delicious, choose between eggs, bacon and sausages made by a local butcher, fresh fruits and muesli or all of the above!
During the day, picnic on the waters edge, go for an island walk, watch the kids jump off the jetty and the boats sail softly past or take out our 2 man kayak and explore wonderful Pittwater.
The best thing about Scotland Island Lodge is that it is so close to Sydney geographically but so far away in essence.
