Description

Executive quality, spacious holiday condo with expansive views out to the sea and islands, Sapphire Oceanview Apartment is a retreat from the everyday, making your holiday a special time to share with family and friends.  

Sited on the crest of a hill within a secure complex of just four luxury apartments, set well above and overlooking the beachfront Nautilus resort, you will enjoy all the facilities of a boutique resort yet have the pleasure of staying in a modern, very privately located condominium. 

There are three bedrooms, situated away from each other within the apartment.  

  • Master bedroom suite with king sized bed 
  • Second bedroom with queen sized bed 
  • Third bedroom with choice of two long singles* OR a king sized bed *

Each bedroom features- 

  • Individually controlled ducted air-conditioning 

  • Ensuite bathrooms with vanity, shower and toilet. The master bedroom has double vanity basins, a full size bathtub and private toilet room. 

  • Flat screen televisions. 

  • Insect screens and blackout roller blinds 

  • Built in closets with ample storage space. The master bedroom has a large walk-in dressing room.  

  • Beds are, of course, freshly made up for guests. All hotel quality, white cotton linen, towels, doonas, cotton/bamboo blankets and pillows for your comfort. 

The master bedroom and the second bedroom have lovely ocean views, via floor to ceiling glass windows.  

Designed for maximum enjoyment of the ocean view, the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas offer ample space for six guests to relax and socialise without getting under each others feet. 

Panoramic sea views are also enjoyed from the undercover balcony with outdoor dining setting, sun loungers and Weber barbeque. 

Self catering can be fun on holidays when the kitchen is large, well equipped and as easy to use as this one. We supply everything to make your holiday catering simple and pleasurable, such as the essential coffee maker, milk frother, dishwasher, microwave..... all the usual kitchen appliances. There's even quality picnicware in case you'd like to enjoy a meal down by the beach or pool.

Guests staying at Sapphire Retreat have access to all the facilities at Nautilus Beachfront, three swimming pools, one is a dedicated shallow kiddies pool, adults only indoor heated spa pool, a beachfront sunbathing deck, an exercise cabana, two floodlit all weather tennis courts (bring your own racquets and balls), plus a decent little Thai restaurant for casual dining.

Sapphire Retreat is located just 5 kilometres away from the largest regional shopping complex in Australia, so shopping for supplies will be easy. We recommend a few special deli's and seafood places as well as produce stores, so please ask Leonie for details when booking.

The property is a few minutes from a number of lovely beaches, some perfect for walks and relaxing, some suited to fishing, others great for surfing. If you prefer quieter waters, the coastline here offers pretty places to picnic, swim, paddle board and kayak in tidal estuaries, plus wonderful nature reserves for enjoying walks in the coastal bushland taking in the stunning ocean views. Coastal villages such as Moonee, Emerald, Woolgoolga and Sawtell to the south, are a short drive away, and the seaside resort city of Coffs Harbour offers a plethora of restaurants, markets and entertainment, festivals and events, both musical and sporting, throughout the year.

Coffs Harbour boasts two of the southern hemispheres top golf courses and amazing diving in the Solitary Islands Marine Park, surfing tuition for all the family, deep sea fishing charters, a calm water harbour perfect for small water craft, as well as seasonal whale watching cruises and opportunities (we can even watch whales in the sea from the apartment balcony during May to October). Directions

The apartment is located at Nautilus Beachfront Resort, 8 Solitary Islands Way, Sapphire Beach. 

 If approaching from South along the Pacific Highway, approx. 6 klms after passing Park Beach Plaza, take the Exit  for Sapphire Beach. Go right around the roundabout over the overpass across to Solitary Islands Way, you will be heading back southwards alongside, but seperate to, the highway. Drive almost the entire length of the Way and look for the resort entry on the left.

If approaching from North take the Solitary Islands Exit to the left to Sapphire Beach & Resorts and continue along Solitary Islands Way until you see the sign for Nautilus Resort on the left. Follow above details.

  • No pets
  • No smoking, parties, or events
  • Check-in time is 3PM - 10PM and check out out by 10AM. We are happy to offer an earlier check-in time whenever possible, please ask the day prior to your arrival.
  • Self check-in with keypad

- We expect guests to be very considerate of our resident neighbours at all times. You must observe the 'quiet hours' requirement from 11 pm to 8 am.
- Strictly NO parties or excessive noise, in the event security calls management, we reserve the right to evict anyone on the property whom is not a guest of the owner or is breaking any house rules.
- Please leave shoes at the front door
- Breakages or damages must be advised to Leonie immediately. Whilst we understand accidents may occur and we don't consider a broken glass or two reportable, we do expect guests to pay for any damages incurred during their stay.

Must climb stairs - Upon entry to the complex via the garage, there are two steps down and one flight of eight stairs before you reach the front door of the apartment.

Terms & conditions

 

Holiday Letting Terms & Conditions for Sapphire Retreat, Apt 3, 8 Solitary Islands Way, Sapphire Beach NSW

To maintain a high standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most guests will respect our property, and the respect our neighbours, however we need to cover ourselves for any event.

Please read all the terms and conditions before booking. The terms and conditions of the holiday letting as agreed by both parties are as follows:-

  1. Payment of rental monies by you, the tenant, will be deemed an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. Payment of the balance of rental costs in full (following payment of the booking fee to Aura) are required upon receipt of the confirmation email/letter from Sapphire Retreat Management.
  3. Payment may be made by EFT (electronic funds transfer) or bank deposit to our holiday property management account. Details will be provided on your confirmation email/letter.
  4. The premises are let to you for holiday purposes only for the period stated on the confirmation letter, upon final receipt of the full rental and bond monies and for the maximum persons advised per premises booked. Sapphire Retreat allows a maximum six (6) guests, (utilising existing bedding, excepting infants sleeping in cribs or bassinettes supplied by you).
  5. The premises are available for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated no later than 10 am on the day of departure. Any amendments to arrival/departure times must be provided to you by the manager in an email or text message.
  6. In the event of cancellation of the booking more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival a 50% refund, minus the booking service fee will apply.
  7. Cancellation within thirty (30) days of arrival will incur full loss of rental monies paid, we reserve the right to retain all rental monies unless suitable tenants are found for the same period at the same rental rate.
  8. A security bond of $500.00 AUD must be received by EFT to our holiday property management account at least 7 days prior to arrival. Security monies may be held for up to 10 working days following your departure ( generally we are able to refund bonds within 3 working days) and will be refunded in full by EFT to your chosen bank account on the condition there is no loss or damage inspected following your departure. Access details will not be provided until bond monies have been received in full.
  9. All damages, breakages or losses to the property, furniture or furnishings are to be reported to the property manager immediately and may be deducted from your security bond and/or billed to you. We understand small breakages can occur and do not consider a broken glass requires immediate reporting or billing.
  10. Premises are to be left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. In the event you fail to leave the premises in the condition required, and or, in the event there are stains or spills which require specialist dry cleaning, you may incur a charge for extra cleaning which will be deducted from the security bond. Charges will apply for loss of keys or remotes as these items are expensive. We reserve the right to deduct these expenses from the security bond monies, and bill any expenses incurred as a result of accidental damage or negligence caused during your period of letting to you the tenant.
  11. Only cleaning staff approved by the owner/manager may service the premises. Access may be required for our cleaner or maintenance personnel for the purpose of servicing the premises. However, if this is necessary you will always be advised in advance by phone.
  12. Under no circumstances are pets permitted on or inside the premises. This is resort policy and must be met.
  13. No parties or functions may be held at the property without signed consent from the owner, no exceptions. In the event security calls management, we reserve the right to evict anyone on the property whom is not a guest of the owner or is breaking any house rules.
  14. No responsibility is taken for tenant’s property left on the premises. If we are required to return items funds will be deducted from the bond to cover postage and handling costs, as deemed reasonable by management.
  15. We are careful not to misrepresent the property. If for whatever reason you choose to depart prior to your departure date we do not refund rental costs either in full or part thereof, neither will we transfer costs to another booking.
  16. The booking is taken in good faith. We and our representatives may not be held responsible for changes to the booking by actions taken by the owner(s) of the premises or by third parties or by an act of nature. We advise travel insurance is the responsibility of the tenant.
  17. Management reserves the right to refuse or terminate a booking should they deem the tenant is breaching any of the terms.

This home exceeded our expectations. Set high overlooking Sapphire Beach, it was spacious and luxuriously decorated. Wether admiring the magnificent view from the balcony while the birds sing around you or through the enormous full length windows, you’re sure to instantly feel relaxed. The rooms were all enormous, a tv, en-suite and air conditioner for each of the 3 bedrooms, the children thought they were in heaven. The personal touches made us feel like home and we felt so comfortable it was difficult to leave. Definitely a great choice for an Airbnb in Coffs and a wonderful host to make your stay incredibly memorable.

Sapphire Retreat is a wonderful apartment that overlooks the beautiful sapphire beach. This apartment over exceeded all our expectations and was a wonderful surprise. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
