25% payment at time of reservation with the balace being paid 31 days before arrival. Upon arrival a credit card security deposit of $500 will be required from the Group Organiser.
The property is to be left as you found it. Damage, loss and/or additional cleaning to be paid for by the Group Organiser and that person authorizes any such payment from his/her credit card.
Payment of the reservation indicates acceptance of these conditions.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and EFT. A Secure credit card booking may be made via Burncroft booking button.
Property Important information Section:-
Check-in from 2pm and check-out up to 12 Noon. Other times, if available, only by prior arrangement.
All rates are based on a 12 person occupancy. Any additional guests will be accordingly charged. Maximum of 14 guests including all children. A lounge bed, fold-away bed and cot is available.
Large parties or functions only by prior arrangement.
Check with the owners for suitability for children as this is a rural property and all that goes with it. Proper outdoor shoes are essential. Parental supervision is absolute and 24/7.
Pets are not allowed.
For full rate 2 and 3 night standard bookings a guest breakfast hamper for two mornings & complimentary wines are provided. Any available special deals are completely self-catering.
Burncroft Guesthouse is a non-smoking environment. Smoking outside is allowed.
If less than 90 days notice is given, 50% the total amount will be forfeited. If less than 30 days notice is given,100% of the total amount will be forfeited.
If the guesthouse is re-booked for the same period a refund will be given at the re-booked rate less $25 administration fee.
