The property features gleaming Australian Blackbutt timber floors throughout and high quality furnishings. The open plan living area and dine in kitchen flows out through bi-fold doors on to a most attractive private enclosed garden. The comfortable outdoor furniture ads colour to this little oasis and there is a gas Weber BBQ.

The colour schemes in the house have been carefully selected to enhance the Aboriginal artwork in the house. There is a comfortable lounge with a large flat screen TV for you to relax in front of. There is an extra living room off the main living area, this has a sofa bed with a comfortable spring interior mattress that will sleep one or two persons.

A new modern kitchen with all conveniences and utensils to enable you to prepare a gourmet meal or simply a tasty snack. A dining setting to seat 4 to 6 persons. All table ware and crockery is provided for your stay.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with balconies. The main bedroom has a queen bed with a superb memory foam mattress, very comfortable. There is a built in wardrobe with an abundance of storage and hanging rails for your clothes as well as a chest of drawers. Bedside lights are there for your late night reading. The second bedroom is currently set up as an office or study, it also has drawer space. There is room enough to put an airbed into the room if required.

The bathroom is white and modern with a shower over the bath and a glass shower screen. An ample supply of bed linen and towels are provided.
