We are an agency, we don't meet you at the property, the keys are collected from our office which is centrally located in Darlinghurst. However, our friendly staff are just a phone call away! We are always happy to help you with any issues you may have.

1)       Your application becomes a binding contract once your offer has been accepted by us & you have paid the required amount, at which point we will forward you a confirmation invoice.

2)       A booking is only confirmed once the required amount has been received by way of credit card or bank transfer or cash.

3)       Your booking payment consists of: rent, bond, departure clean, booking fee & any extras that are supplied or confirmed at the time of booking

4)       Stays of less than 2 weeks duration MUST be paid in full. The required bond is due 3 working days prior to check in day.

5)       Stays in excess of  8 weeks: Amount required is equivalent to - 2 weeks rent + 4 weeks bond, booking fee & departure clean. Rent is due fortnightly thereafter. You will need to sign a lease upon arrival and connect electricity with a provider in your own name as per lease conditions.

6)       If your arrival is within 14 days then Point 4 applies.

7)       Bonds are refunded within 5-7 working days after departure, upon a satisfactory inspection.

8)       Cancellations are only refunded if the property is re-let. A cancellation policy is available upon request.

9)       The credit card supplied will be used for any future amounts due, unless alternative arrangements are agreed to prior to the due date/s.

10)    The term “bond” used in any advertising, constitutes a “security deposit”. With the exception of long term rentals where the bond is lodged with OFT(Office Fair Trading)
