It also comes with a secure garage suitable for a sedan vehicle and ample parking available at the front of the Complex. The Townhouse has a very private outside living area. Being Fully Self Contained comes with linen and towels provided.

Situated 5 minutes from the M4 Freeway and close to major Sporting Facilities when travelling by car. Should you not wish to drive into Sydney just hop on a Bus, which stops at the door to Penrith Westfield Shopping Centre and Penrith Station. Travelling into Sydney is easy when you do not wish to drive and you are able to save on the parking costs. Fast trains from the Mountains will get you there in 50 minutes either from Penrith or Emu Plains Station.

This Townhouse is the answer to family needs when visiting friends and relatives or Business owners seeking accommodation at a reasonable rate when employees need to visit Penrith, St Marys, Emu Plains or BlacktownEastern Creek Area.   • The Property must be left in a clean and reasonable condition
  • For guest’s health and safety a NO SMOKING policy exists indoors.
  • Day use Rates ($40 per person) will apply for extra persons using the facilities unless it is a casual visit and prior arrangements have been made with the Manager.
  • Only paying guests are permitted to use the facilities during the term of the booking.
  • Prior arrangements need to be made at the time of the booking if bringing a pet with you otherwise an additional fee of $30 per pet will apply.  Whilst pets are permitted to stay they are not allowed in any Bedrooms and at no time are they to be left unattended or groomed inside the premises.
  • All pet waste must be removed on a daily bases and placed in the bin provided outside.
  • Should you find yourself in the position you no longer require the facilities for which the booking is made Management will do their best to resell the dates covered by the booking provided 1 months notice is given less a 10% booking fee.
  • Credit Card details will secure your booking until time of arrival, at which time the full payment of your account will apply. If settling by credit card a 3% surcharge does apply
  • If you wish to arrive after hours it is possible to settle by EFT Transfer or Credit Card and arrangements made to leave the key for collection.
  • A Security Fee of $500 is covered by way of Credit Card details by the person making the booking to cover any accidents which may arise during the stay, or any extra charges which may be required.

I have read and accept the above conditions pertaining to the use of the facilities during my stay and authorise the deductions of any of the above amounts from my Security Fee should they apply

Our stay in Penrith was excellent. With a disabled person unable to access high steps and needing ensuite with easy accessible shower the downstairs bedroom made her visit very comfortable One minute ...4/5 by ,
