With three bedrooms, equiped with two queen size beds, a double bed and 3 single beds and two bathrooms it offers complete comfort with adequate sleeping arrangements for up to 7 persons.

The main bedroom has an ensuite, TV and private balcony.

On the lower level you will find a fully equiped modern kitchen with self catering facilities, a dishwasher and family size refrigerator/freezer. The laundry comes with a washing machine which is there for your convenience.

The Lounge and dining area is spacious with a large screen TV plus Foxtel.

You will find a sizeable fully enclosed garden area with undercover outdoor living furniture.

Off street parking is available, or if using Public Transport the Bus stops at the front door on a regular basis. Situated within close proximity to the M4 Freeway enables easy access to Parramatta, Blacktown or Katoomba (Three Sisters) in the Blue Mountains.

  • The Property must be left in a clean and reasonable condition with all rubbish placed in the bins provided and Kitchen Utensils washed.
  • For guest’s health and safety a NO SMOKING policy exists indoors.
  • Extra Person Rates ($30 per person per day) apply for persons using the facilities unless it is a casual visit (15 minutes) and prior arrangements have been made with the Manager.
  • Only paying guests are permitted to use the facilities during the term of the booking.
  • Prior arrangements need to be made at the time of the booking if bringing a pet with you otherwise an additional fee will apply.  Whilst pets are permitted to stay they are not allowed in any Bedrooms and at no time are they to be left unattended or groomed inside the premises.
  • All pet waste must be removed from the outside area on a daily bases and placed in the bin provided.
  • Credit Card details will secure your booking until time of arrival, at which time the full payment of your account will apply. If settling by credit card a 3% surcharge does apply or should you be arriving prior to 4pm in the afternoon you are able to settle via cash with the Manager.
  • If you wish to arrive after 4pm it is possible to settle by EFT Transfer or Credit Card and arrangements made to leave the key for collection.
  • Credit Card details will secure your booking until time of arrival, at which time the full payment of your account will apply.
  • A Security Fee of $500 is secured by way of Credit Card details supplied by the person making the booking to cover any accidents that may arise during the stay or any extra charges that may be required due to the Cancellation of the booking less than one month prior to arrival or any unforseen problems during the stay. The Security Fee must be secured when making the Booking and will be held until departure. If you are making the reservation on behalf of another person please make them aware of this requirement.

I would highly recommend Penrith serviced apartments for any one with a dog. The dog was allowed inside and the place was beautifully clean and furnished, the lady was so kind to allow us to leave our dog in the back yard while we visited the Children's Hospital in Westmead.A home away from home.5/5 by , NSW
