The Townhouse is in a small Residential Complex of 11 Townhouses.

Respect for the other Owners in the Complex is required.

Check In is usually 2pm in the afternoon.

Check Out is usually 10am in the morning.

There is off street parking however there is a 2 hour limit during the day from 8.30am till 6pm.

On your arrival I provide an Orientation of the facility and the house keys.

Watering of the plants out the front on Porch (pots)and on the Terrace (pots) is required every 2nd day, please.

 

This is a Non Smoking Townhouse.

No Pets allowed (cats, dogs, birds, snakes etc.).

There is an additional cost of AUD $50.00 per person per night when over over 4 persons.

Bicycles, Surfboards are NOT to be kept in the Townhouse.

No Parties inside the Townhouse.

The Sofa Couch in the Lounge room is NOT to be used as a bed.

Breakages need to be paid for.

On your arrival I provide an Orientation of the facility and local area.

Noise to be kept to a minimum.

 

 

There is an excellent Bus Service at Narrabeen to Manly, CBD and Palm Beach.

The Townhouse is 500 m from the Bus Stop.

The Townhouse is situated between the Surf Beach ( 100m ) and the Narrabeen Lakes ( 600m ).

There are 2 x Shopping Centres near by.The closest is called Warriewood Square at Warriewood.

Warriewood is the next suburb to Narrabeen and can be accessed by the Bus, Car, Walking.

The Warringah Mall Shopping Complex is at Brookvale and it is 15 minutes by Bus or Car.

Both Shopping Centres have a Cinema Complex with multiple options.

Narrabeen has an abundant number of Food / Cafe / Restaurants on offer just down the street.

There is also a Woolworths with Liquor Store at 250m away.

Banks, Post Office, Hairdressers, Newsagency, Clothing Boutiques, Bootmaker etc just down the street.

Once a Month on the 3rd Sunday is the Narrabeen Market which is held along the waters edge of the Narrabeen Lakes.

 

Excellent location and well equipped accommodation. Close to beaches, lagoon, shops, restaurants and cafes. Friendly service by the manager. Will definitely be back. Only drawback - no off street parking4/5 by , Sydney NSW

The property manager was lovely, and added little personal touches (like a few Christmas decorations. She was on hand to answer any questions, she also gave a very thorough rundown of the property when we arrived. Everything was clean and the property suited our needs as well, it is so convenient (walking distance) to all the surrounding shops, restaurants, club, beacha and lake.4/5 by ,
