Terms and Conditions
- Please note that we do not cater for any children in our accommodation.
\- A reservation fee of 50% of the full tariff is required to confirm the booking.
- If cancelled more than 14 days prior to the planned date of arrival, your deposit will be refunded less $60 administration fee per room.
- A booking that has not been accompanied by a deposit will not be accepted.
- Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Payment of the remaining 50% is due no later than 14 days before your arrival.
- In the event of a cancellation within 14 days of your arrival, the tariff is non-refundable unless we are able to re-book the property however we will be happy to apply the payment to another suitable date.
- In the event the property becomes unavailable for your stay a full refund will be given to you. - You are responsible for breakages, damage, theft and loss to the property as well as any damage caused by misuse of the room. Please report these to management.
- Personal belongings and property left at our premises will be mailed or couriered at the guest's cost
Check-in time: Check-in is available anytime after 2pm. We will do our best to accommodate guests arriving earlier provided we receive advance notice. In the case that we can't, we are happy for you to park you car here and/or to store your luggage while the room is being prepared
Check-out time: 10.00am. By prior arrangement and depending on incoming guests, a late check-out fee of $30 per hour or part thereof for each guest room applies.
