Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay and you need to notify Belinda on 0410 016613 as soon as they occur.  Please do not attempt to break into the property if you have locked yourself out, please call Belinda on 0410 016 613 to arrange access.

DEPARTURE REQUIRMENTS:-
*The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.  We would prefer that you don't move the furniture around but if you do please ensure that it goes back before you leave.
*Check-out time is 10:00 by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.  
*Please remove all used linen from beds and place in laundry for washing along with all used towels, hand towels and floor mats.
*All washing up should be done and put away, along with unpacking the dishwasher.
*Please empty all garbage bins from inside the house and put into the garbage bins outside.  Garbage bins must be put out the front of the property for rubbish collection on Sunday evening.  If bins are not put out for collection on Sunday evening then you will be charged for rubbish removal. Any excess garbage that does not fit into the bins is your responsibility to remove from property.  Extra fees will apply if garbage has to be removed on your behalf.  Please ensure that only recyclables are put into the yellow bin.  Rubbish goes into the Red bin.

Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being relet then  a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

It is the back apartment.

The key is in a small locked box with a pin code to open it. The box is next to the front door. The key inside opens the front door.  Once you are inside the property you will find a set of keys hanging on the hook, these keys open all the glass sliding doors in the property and the remote for the garage door is also attached.

IF YOU ARE ARRIVING AT NIGHT PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING A TORCH TO FIND THE COURTYARD,AND LOCKED BOX AND BE ABLE TO PUT IN THE PIN.
