The living/dining area is open planed with a northerly aspect which captures the light. The kitchen is fully functional with all the features you would expect.

There is a sunny front yard plus a side courtyard which would be ideal for storing the bikes etc. as the garage is not included, but there is plenty of parking outside the front of the townhouse 

The resort features two swimming pools, a tennis court and BBQ facilities. The beach is just opposite the complex, just a few minutes walk away.

The adjacent park area even has a large playground for the kiddies. Takeaway food outlets and coffee shop are close by and it is an easy walk into town with all its facilities.

THE GUEST UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1.  Arrival is after 2 pm.  Departure is before 10 am.

 2.  Deposit is 50% of the tariff which is requred within 14 days of the booking being made.

 3.  Tariff is to be paid in full one month before arrival.

 4.  Strictly no pets allowed. If pets are found on premises you will be asked to leave without refund.

 5.  Linen is supplied.

 6.  Only the number of people stated on the booking agrement are to occupy the premises.

 7.  No responsibility is taken for loss or damage to guests personal effects.

 8.  This property has a strict 'no party' policy.

 9.  Lost keys or after hours call outs will incur a $50 charge.

10.  All breakages and damage must be reported and paid for by the guests.

11. Rowdy behaviour or ill treatment of premises will not be tolerated.

12. Owners Corporation rules and by-laws must be adhered to.

13. Bookings are taken in good faith and we cannot be held responsible for changes made by Owners.

14. Tariffs are subject to change without notification.

15. CREDIT CARD facilities are available (a 1.5% fee applies).

16. Telephones are not available at the premises.

17. Premises must be left in a neat and tidy condition as found on your arrival or you will be charged for excess cleaning.  Please note that this is a NON-SMOKING property.

18. If the premises has a swimming pool the guest is responsible for pool safety and must keep all gates and doors leading to the pool area locked at all times and children must be supervised by an adult when using the pool area.

19. CANCELLATIONS:

      *  A non-refundable processing & administration fee will apply to all cancelled bookings.

          In the event of a cancellation a $120 processing & administration fee will apply.

      *  Bookings cancelled 56 days or more prior to dates booked:

          Full refund of deposit less the processing & administration fee.

      *  Bookings cancelled 42 - 55 days prior to dates booked:

         25% of deposit forfeited plus the processing & administration fee.

      *  Bookings cancelled 15 - 41 days prior to dates booked:

          Deposit forfeited plus the processing & administration fee.

      *  Bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to dates booked:

         There will be no refund of tariff.

20. NO SHOW - no refund of monies paid.

21. SECURITY BOND of $1,000 is required by credit card authority.

When vacating, all keys are to be left at the Coast Real Estate office which is opposite the Post Office.
