Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm - 8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy

Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses which may be deducted from Security Deposit or Bond under the Terms and Conditions.

Guests and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact upon the residential amenity of neighbours and local community.

Guests are responsible for ensuring the limits set on Visitor numbers is complied with at all times and Guests are responsible for ensuring that Visitors comply with these House Rules.

The Property is not a “party house” and any such activities are strictly prohibited. Any gathering, celebration or entertainment permitted at the Property must not conflict with residential amenity and must comply with all the other requirements.

Guests and Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles.

Guests and Visitors are to dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with the usual practice at the Property in the allocated bins, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas.

Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Pets are not permitted on any of the furniture.

Damages and breakages must be reported to the Manager ASAP

Breach of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy.

The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Property, Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbours.


Standard Terms and Conditions for Accommodation at "Aqui y alla"

Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the guests agreement to the terms and conditions

Deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 1 month prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to relet it.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to unforseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the
occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of guests should not exceed the number on the original confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not originally agreed with the owners.

Parties and functions are strictly prohibeted The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow
for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in
loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damages, breakages theft and loss are the guests responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 at the latest, to allow time
to prepare property for the next guest arrival.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Pets are allowed by arrangement with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guests personal property during their stay.

Variations can only be made in writing with the owner prior to arrival.
