The apartments are located in various buildings around Manly, therefore every style, taste and budget is catered for in the range.

Our range of apartments comprise of beachfront, harbour front and central Manly, studio's, one, two and three bedroom and are from VIP, Executive to family budget style.

Our apartments include linen, towels, television, telephone, cooking facilities, laundry facilities and parking and are serviced weekly.

Manly is located just 12 minutes by Jetcat to the heart of the city of Sydney, therefore there is no need for any other form of transport once you have arrived in this lovely picturesque seaside resort. Manly is unique in the fact that within 5 minutes walk you can either be surfing on one of Australia's finest surf beaches or you can be sitting at a harbour front café watching the sailing boats go by or watch the ferry come and go.

All the sightseeing of Sydney can be done by catching a ferry to Circular Quay, and then catching a ferry to Taronga Zoo, Darling Harbour, Opera House or Homebush -  what a lovely way to travel to see all there is to see and do when visiting Sydney.

The cosmopolitan atmosphere is extremely popular to locals as well as visitors; we have a thriving range of sidewalk cafes and restaurants catering for every style of cuisine. Sit at any outdoor café and enjoy a cappuccino; buy fish and chips and sit on the beach or grab an ice cream and walk along the harbour at sunset. Manly is magical!

Our office is located centrally in Manly and this is where the guest will check in, register and pick up their keys. Should our guests need anything we are just a phone call away.

Our office is not open 24 hours, but we have successfully used an after hour key pick up location for the past 7 years for those who are arriving outside our office hours. Manly Seaside provides it's Guests with a confirmation of their booking details when they place a deposit on their apartment. It is this document which outlines the after hours location for key pick up.

TWO NIGHTS payment as a deposit, (which is non refundable), is required at tiime of booking.

If a reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival, the first 2 nights deposit will be forfeited.

If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, then the FULL PAYMENT will be taken, and is only refunded if the apartment is rebooked for the full time of the original booking.

1. Your apartment will be available after 2 PM on the day of your arrival and checkout time is 10 AM on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with Management.
2. You will be required to furnish us with a signed credit card at check in as security for incidental expenses incurred during your stay.
3. On arrival your Keys will be available from our office located at 4/39 East Esplanade, Manly (entrance Wentworth St.) during office hours. (THERE IS NO ACCOMMODATION AT THIS ADDRESS). If arriving after office hours please notify our office and we will advise you of the after hours location. It is the responsibility of the Guest to contact our office if arrival is after hours.
4. Your apartment is to be maintained and left in a clean and tidy condition and the keys are to be returned to our office on day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made with our office Manager. If the keys are not returned on day of departure or lost at any time, then you will incur a charge of $200 per set of keys. There is also an AFTER HOURS CALL OUT charge of $200-00, if you loose your keys during your stay, OR, lock your keys in your apartment during your stay, and you require us to attend our Office to provide access for you to your apartment.
5. Our housekeepers do not wash dishes or remove garbage/bottles for guests. Guests must ensure that dishes are washed and garbage is transported to the garbage areas described in your compendium. A charge of $100 will be applied if the housekeepers are required to wash dishes or dispose of your garbage.
6. Your apartment is let to you for holiday purposes and no pets or other animals are permitted on the premises, except for guide dogs. You may not sub-let in whole or part the apartment.
7. The number of occupants staying in the apartment must not exceed the number of beds supplied and a service fee of $50.00 per person per night will apply if extra accommodation/bedding is required.
8. Occupants are not to behave in a way which is a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighboring properties and shall at all times comply with the Strata Scheme By-Laws applicable to the building which are located on the back of the entrance door to your apartment. Should our management judge you or your invitees as noisy or causing distress to other residents, you will be asked to vacate your apartment immediately, and no refund will be made for the unused portion of your stay.
9. If you have to cancel your booking your deposit will be refunded providing your written cancellation is received in our office no later than two weeks prior to your arrival date. An administration charge of $100 will be made per cancellation in addition to the deposit forfeited. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
10. We do not allow part cancellations of bookings after the two-week period prior to you arrival or at any time during your stay unless Management gives approval. (Only exceptional circumstances will be considered.) There will be no refunds given for cutting your stay short and full payment for your stay will be charged.
11. 2 (TWO) NIGHTS DEPOSIT (NON-REFUNDABLE) is required at time of booking. All damages to the apartment or contents are to be reported to our office immediately (during office hours) and full payment is to be made for it.
12. You can only park your vehicle in the space allocated otherwise it may be towed away at your expense. Parking is provide Free of Charge - Width and Height restrictions apply. If you have a large vehicle please contact our office prior to arrival.
13. The apartment and position will be described to you by our staff or via our website or email to the best of our ability and the booking is made in good faith but may be subject to change as may be necessary prior to the commencement of your stay. Apartments may be reallocated if the management deems it necessary and an apartment of the same or better quality will be substituted. . NO responsibility is accepted or refunds given for alleged miss-descriptions or Changes.
14. Whilst every endeavour is made to have the apartment, and appliances in good working order and condition, prior to arrival, sometimes things may be overlooked, in which case we request you to immediately advise our office, so that we are given the opportunity to rectify the situation. No refunds will be considered on departure.
15. We take no responsibility for tenant’s personal property in regards to damage or loss, regardless of where the loss or damage occurred. Your monies, valuables, goods and vehicles belong to you and will remain your responsibility at all times while brought onto the premises or its grounds.
16. The landlord or his Agent is allowed to enter and view the state of the apartment you leased at anytime.
17. In the event that the premises have been or are being sold prior to the commencement of you stay, we will endeavour the find alternative accommodation or we will refund all deposits in full. A minimum of one months notice shall be given.
18.If for any reason Police, Ambulance, Fire Services or any Authority is called to your Apartment during your stay, for reasons caused by you, you are advised that any costs involved will be your responsibility.
19. Additional charges may apply if you do not adhere to any of the above conditions.
20. We strictly adhere to the National Privacy Principles and our Privacy Policy. You may receive commercial electronic messages from us in the future unless you advise us otherwise.
