Luxury Lakeside, Long Jetty Home with Pool

This amazing family home is situated less than 100 meters walk to Tuggerah Lakes in Long Jetty.

With 5 large bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and car parking spaces for 4 cars, this property is the perfect place for the family, or even the extended family get away.

From the moment you step foot on to the property you will be in holiday heaven. Once inside the front door, the property splits into 3 different levels.

On the entry level of the property you will find the spacious main bedroom with a queen size bed, a large double sided walk through wardrobe and a large ensuite bathroom. The second, third and fourth bedrooms are also on this level. All rooms are spacious and tidy. The bathroom has both a shower and bath, making it easy to bathe the kids after a fun filled day at the beach, lake or one of the many attractions the Central Coast has to offer.

The open planned upstairs living area features the fully self-contained kitchen including stone bench top, dishwasher, double size fridge, microwave, ceramic cooktop and large oven, the lounge room area with large flat screen TV and lounge, and the dining room with a large dining room table seating 8 people.

There is a small study nook area with a computer desk / work station. Hi-Fi System, movies, games and books.

Internet is available with fetch tv channels.

This open area flows easily onto the large balcony overlooking the backyard, the swimming pool and the lake, where you can sit and relax with your morning cuppa and enjoy the peaceful serenity. Later in the afternoon this becomes the perfect spot to kick back with your favourite beverage and watch the kids play in the back yard, swim in the pool, or watch the sun set majestically over the lake.

The downstairs area boasts a large laundry with washing machine and dryer with external access to the back yard. In the downstairs area you will also find a self contained kitchenette area with kettle and small fridge only, a second living area, and bedroom with ensuite. This area of the home is lockable and can be separate from the main home should you wish to bring extended family or friends.

With a fully fenced in ground pool, the kids, or big kids alike, will want to take a dip as the head chef of the family is cooking dinner on the provided BBQ.

Park the car in the drive way and take a walk into The Entrance Town Centre and all the amenities The Entrance has to offer: Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema, Shopping Centre, Specialty Shops and much much more.

Only a short drive away, you have the choice of many of our Central Coast beautiful beaches to choose from, including The Entrance Pools (Patrolled), The Entrance Beach (Patrolled), Toowoon Bay Beach (Patrolled), Shelly Beach (Patrolled), Blue Bay Beach and many more; you won't be short of choice when it comes to picking a swimming spot or a relaxing place to lay and read your book.

If you are heading up to Toowoon Bay Beach, don't forget to stop in at one of the many coffee shops for your coffee, a quick snack or even lunch.

For the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from two local golf courses, Magenta Shores or Shelly Beach Golf Club. For the more adventurous or the young at heart, head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest.

Alternatively take a drive over to Norah Head and wander around the rock pools, or climb the 96 stairs of Norah Head Lighthouse and enjoy the 360 degree views of our amazing coast from the tower balcony.

For the little less adventurous, take a walk down to Long Jetty water front and watch the sun set from the end of the longest jetty. You won't be disappointed, especially in the cooler months.

The property is located just over an hour's drive from Sydney, north via the M1 or Newcastle, south via the M1.

Please note: There is a $1000 bond on this property, payable before check in. This will be refunded to you with 5-10 working days after vacate, pending there are no issues or damages at the property.

You will receive an email from Century 21 Coast Property 2 days prior to check in with details for collection of keys and access to property.

  1. We require a security bond on all of our holiday properties, This can be paid by eftpos and returned to you through cheque or made by leaving credit card details where a Photo ID will be required at check in ( debit cards not accepted) and  this will be shredded after you vacate the premises considering no damage has been made to the property, if a claim is made from your stay it will be processed and the balance refunded to you.
     
  2. Balance of tariff is due prior to occupancy.  All monies for Christmas holiday bookings must have a $200 deposit for each week booked and 50% deposit paid by 1st October and the balance must be paid in full by 1st December.  For your convenience we have an EFTPOS terminal for deposit and final payments,or direct deposit payments can be arranged. please note that we do not accept cash.  There is a fee (as charged by bank) for all credit card transactions.
  3. CANCELLATION POLICY - If property can be rebooked for entire period all monies paid will be refunded less a $95.00 administion fee,  If we cannot re-let the property for the entire period you will forfeit all deposits paid. If your booking came through a link from another website the booking fee for the website is non refundable.
  4. Our staff will describe the premises and their positions as accurately as possible and in good faith.  No responsibility for refund is accepted for error or mis-description.
  5. Keys must be collected from our office for check in after 3pm on the day of arrival, Monday -Friday(until 5pm)Sunday (until 4.00pm) After hours key pick up can be prearranged during office hours for key collection up till 8.30pm, a charge of $15 will apply, this fee also applies to keys being picked up on public holidays.  However, if no arrangement has been made, the keys will need to be collected the following day.
  6. Check out time is 9:30am SHARP on the day of departure.
  7. The number of tenants must not exceed the number of beds provided.
  8. Pets are not permitted.
  9. If a key is lost or locked inside the property outside office hours, a minimum charge of $50 will apply for obtaining a spare key. If a key is not available, the tenant will be liable for any cost incurred in gaining entry to the premises. Lost keys must be paid for.
  10. All damage, breakages and losses to the property and/or furniture are to be reported to the agent and paid for immediately.
  11. No person on the premises shall be guilty of conduct that is of nuisance to adjoining occupiers. In units, Strata Title by-laws and regulations must be observed.
  12. Garbage bins are to be put out on the relevant day and brought in. In the case of excessive garbage, there will be a minimum charge of $50 for it to be taken away.
  13. In the event that the property is being offered for sale, the tenant agrees to allow the owner or his agent to inspect the property with the prospective purchasers during reasonable hours by appointment.
  14. All advance bookings are accepted on behalf of the current owner. If this property is sold we cannot accept responsibility for decisions made by the new owner.
  15. The booking is made in good faith by the agent but may be subject to any changes as notified by the owner prior to the commencement of the booking. The agent cannot accept responsibility for the actions taken by the owners of the premises outside their control (every reasonable endeavour will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur).
  16. Our aim is to maintain a high standard of quality accommodation but we must advise that all our properties are privately owned and are furnished to individual owners standards.
  17. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions will result in immediate termination of your holiday letting, Century 21 Coast Property participate in the Bad Books register. By accepting this booking you hereby agree that if you or any occupant covered by this booking, including any guests, breach our Terms and Conditions then your Name, Phone Number and Email address along with details of the breach/breaches may be disclosed to the property landlord and/or other agents participating in the Bad Books register. Century 21 Coast Property reserves the right to cancel a booking where a guest is already in the Bad Books register

If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.
