The home faces north east with 180 degree views towards Byron and the coast line and 180 degree views of rural land . The design with so many windows with louvres allows you to enjoy the coastal/rural vista and cooling summer breezes from all areas of the property.

Enjoy a meal in the large dining area which opens up onto a generous covered deck taking in those stunning ocean and rural hinterland views. On an evening the sunset is magnificent and you can even see the distant twinkle of the famous Cape Byron Lighthouse.

Start the day with a gentle swim in the fresh water pool with outdoor shower.

Relax in the second wing living area with TV and DVD that opens out onto the pool area. Every area of the property has stunning vistas to take in........

Read a book and relax in the sheltered courtyard, or rest in one of the two hammocks situated around the property. There is plenty to explore in the grounds and the large lawn area is great for some fun and games.

Near by nature reserves with rainforest walks/ hikes and an amazing variety of fifty four Australian bird species sighted on the property.

The Master Bedroom features large windows with beautiful views, a king bed with walk-in robes and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite opposite. Bedroom Three has a double bed and bedroom four offers twin beds with its own deck and access to outer areas. Bedrooms two, three and four have writing desks.

The mezzanine level feature a king single and is perfect for a teenagers retreat. Due to the steep stairs and open front of the mezzanine level the house is not suitable for very young children.

In the second wing of the house there is a separate toilet and a separate bathroom with vanity and shower over bathtub.

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.


The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management.
