This property can be booked for short or longer term stays according to availability.

Good modern clean lines on the outside and pristine inside. This spacious home is just the place for family re-unions, friends keeping in touch and if needed; for a business stay. If you are relocating investigate this suburb; you will find that it is within easy reach of Sydney city, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour and many seafront beaches. There is untimed street parking on road outside the house.

The house covers the block; from the smart rails and security gate at the front; through to a private covered timber deck area (perfect for dining) flowing to rear garden. There are blinds at all the windows; the attractive polished timber flooring throughout the residence welcomes you in as you arrive. The entrance hall passes the stair way, two of the bedrooms, the bathroom and the laundry into a bright sunny open plan living with kitchen and living room the entire width of the house.

The living room is fitted with bi-fold windows that open fully to the side walls exposing a wooden deck and bench seating, a green lawn, comfortable and thick underfoot, framed by plants and shrubs.

A table and 2 bench seats; on the deck will easily seat 6 - 8 persons for alfresco dining and BBQ also giving extended living area.

Rental charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period. Minimum stay 7 nights.

Bookings of Less than 7 nights will be considered subject to availability

A bond is required (this is returned within 5-7 working days from departure, after a satisfactory inspection of the property). Other mandatory charges as listed. A pocket WIFI 3G modem can be supplied for $120 for the first month and $75 for subsequent months thereafter.

Fantastic house. Plenty of room for our family. Bedroom upstairs was a hit with kids. Clean/modern with all amenities, coffee machine a bonus. Bathroom superb with separate bath shower. TV, kitchen/living area great open plan with added option of opening up fully onto back covered deck. Close (2 mins walk across road) to shopping/market centre so easy to stock for meals.
