RATES DISPLAYED refer to a booking for 6 GUESTS during non peak periods and 10 guests during peak holidays or long weekends and are to be used as a guide only. An EXTRA PERSON RATE APPLIES for extra guests after the first 6 guests during non peak dates. PEAK PERIOD rates will vary from ORDINARY SEASON rates. 

It is essential  that clients request a tariff quote when filling in the enquiry or booking form, providing information regarding the number of adult couples, adult singles and the age of each child. Number and type of beds or bedrooms required should also be included in your request for a quote after you have viewed the sleeping configuration information. Your quote assumes 2 guests per double/queen bed and 1 guest per single bed.

This waterfront first floor apartment which sleeps up to 10 guests has stunning views across the lagoon to the lake entrance and out to sea. It is fully self-contained. federation style accommodation with wide corner wrap around verandahs with bbq facilities, a large well-equipped kitchenette and open plan large dining room and living space.

Tasman Terrace has one queen bedroom with full bathroom 2-way ensuite and a second bedroom with a single bed and a tri-bunk (single upper bed and double lower bed). There are two good quality double foldout sofa beds in the spacious living area. 

A large ground level courtyard has a full laundry with second shower (cold) and toilet plus a clothes line. The gated courtyard is for your exclusive use, has its own private entry and is immediately adjacent to your off street parked cars.

From the queen bedroom, living room and verandah are 180 degree stunning water views. A variety of bird life can be observed. There is a cycle track opposite with shared walkway meandering its way along the lake and ocean foreshores. The grassy reserve has all weather picnic gazebos with large tables and bench seats, free gas bbqs and children's playgrounds.


This is a relaxing life style but still with plenty to do - you can watch the windsurfers, kayakers, jet-skiers, swimmers, surfers, rowers and fishers or you can join them.

Our regional airport at Albion Park Rail offers a range of activities from joy-flights and micro-flights (lessons also available) to parachuting. From your verandah you can watch the joy-flights or have one and watch the micro-flights or book one. You can even book regular micro-flight lessons, bringing you back to us again and again. Parachuting is also offered.. drive to the airport ...board the plane .... take off ... parachute down to North Beach in Wollongong ... jump on board the shuttle bus taking you back to your car at the airport.

Hang gliding is your thing? then go to Bald Hill at Stanwell Tops (between Sydney and Shellharbour). 

Scenic drive to horse riding, Harley rides or sailboat hire (lessons also available).. 

Charter a deep sea fishing boat or go whale watching (seasonal). Water-ski on Lake Illawarra or drive to the ski-park on the Shoalhaven River, just 1 hour's drive further south.

It's 15 minutes drive to beautiful rainforest walks with creek and waterfall at the foot of Macquarie Pass, proceed up the pass to Robertson and visit Fitzroy Falls, Belmore Falls, Carrington Falls and more, or just 20 minutes to the Minnamurra Falls rainforest walk, a little further south.

Enjoy a cup of coffee at the nearby Cafe by the lake where you can also buy hot food, ice-creams and cold drinks. Conveniently located near the surf beach is another little shop where you can also buy hamburgers, fish and chips, cold drinks and ice-creams plus supplies such as milk, bread and newspapers.

Walk or drive to Shellharbour historic village with its cosmopolitan atmosphere, cafes, restaurants, theatre, ocean side swimming pools and pub overlooking the boutique marina..

Take a country drive to visit wineries, the highlands, Jamberoo Fun Park (lots of water fun) and of course the theatres and art galleries within driving distance.

You can visit our Yachties Club, bowling clubs, golf clubs, or the Oceanview Hotel overlooking the boutique marina in Shellharbour Village.

In the Shellharbour region are cultural centres as well as entertainment eg the art gallery at Wollongong or the WIN Entertainment Centre.


Pets are sometimes permitted at Tasman Terrace. This must be requested in writing and will be at the discretion of the owner. Should agreement be reached, the client must guarantee that their pet will remain outdoors in the courtyard at all times. A pet shelter shed is provided in the spacious gated courtyard. Access between courtyard and apartment is linked by private internal entry hall and stairs.

1.  Please smoke only outdoors away from open windows or doors, either on the verandah or in the courtyard.

2.  Children must be supervised at all times.  Use of Textas is not permitted nor jumping or standing on furniture.

3.  Care should be taken when using the stairs to the apartment.  It is advised that guests use the safety rail when using the stairs.

4.  Please close all windows and doors when you are not occupying the premises or when weather is inclement.

5.  All food and beverages must be removed from the apartment prior to vacating the premises.

6.  Noise and music levels should be kept to a moderate level and turned to low by 11 pm.

7.  The premises should be left in a clean and tidy condition with towels left to dry on the provided towels railings and the original linen left on the beds.      No need to remake the beds.

8.  TV and Stereo wiring and plugs must not be altered.  Rectifying alterations to the system takes time and if required may result in addtional fees            being charged.

9.  Have fun as you discover an abundance of interesting things to do in the Shellharbour region by visiting the tourism outlets in Shellharbour Village        and also the  Shellharbour Club.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Deposit of 50% non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount plus bond must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. 

Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being relet then  a $50 cancellation fee will apply. 

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.  Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. 

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. 

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.  

Provision of doonas, thermal blankets and pillows are included in your tariff.  Also provided are tea, coffee, sugar and basic toiletries.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing

Directions will be provided upon request once your booking has been confirmed.
