To maintain a good standard for our guest we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires we state the fallowing conditions:
1.Payment of the holiday accommodation rental fee constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.The client making the booking must be 18 years or over and agree to take full responsibility for the temporary rental of the property.
3.The operators will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the operators reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.To secure your holiday booking, a deposit of 50% is required to be paid within 5 days of booking. Payments can be made by: cash, cheque, money order, American Express (3% extra charge), JCB Cards (3% extra charge), MasterCard or Visa (no extra charge). The balance must be paid seven days prior to the commencement of the booking.
5.All premises are to be left in a satisfactory clean and tidy state, including all garbage wrapped and emptied into outside garbage bin and washing up done. Any damage, breakage or loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment, locks or keys is to be reported immediately, the tenant will be charged accordingly.
6.An amount of $100.00 will be held against the client’s credit card as a security deposit (bond) to cover all additional costs incurred as a result of breach of these Terms and conditions including any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements (cleaner cost $30.00 Hr.), which occur due to the client occupying the premises.
7.Furniture, fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved between rooms or properties. The BBQ must remain on the outside deck.
8.Linen is not included but may be arranged for hire in advance. Due to health requirements all guests are required to use sheets and pillowcases.
9.Smoking is not permitted inside the premises.
10.Total Fire Ban is in place in the Valley. Therefore we must advise that all outside fires are banned on the property, including wood BBQ’s. We have a gas bar be que available for our guests’ convenience and a combustion fire inside for chilly evenings
11.Pets are not allowed inside, or anywhere on the premises.
12.Guests shall arrive at the premises and unload vehicles by no later than 10pm.
13.Excessive noise is not permitted. All noise is to cease by 11pm. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Disturbances to our neighbours including excessive noise, is prohibited. In the event that visitors are in breach of these conditions this may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
14.The number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice. Additional fees per person per night will apply for excess guests not notified to the operators in advance. The maximum number of guests including children is: 10 for Jenoma Meadows and 6 for Jenoma Cottage.
15.The operators take no responsibility for the client’s personal property left on the premises.
16.Cancellations : If you wish to vary or cancel your Booking, please contact us immediately
- Cancellation attracts an AU $150.00 administration fee.
- If you have paid more than the deposit or paid in full and cancel your Booking you will be refunded. (less $150.00 cancellation fee).
- Should you be eligible for a refund it will be made through your chosen payment method at time of booking.
- If Management is able to relet the Property for the period cancelled a further refund will be made less $20.00 administration charges, commissions and expenses.
