Booking Procedures & Conditions
Reservation & Payment Requirements:
A deposit of 50% of the booking must be received by Snow Escape Holidays Pty Ltd at the time of booking before we can confirm your booking with us.If this is not received your booking will be be cancelled without notice. Payment of your deposit will be taken as your acceptance of the enclosed booking terms and conditions.
The balance of the total reservation is due 60 days before arrival for winter bookings.Summer bookings are due 28 days prior to travel. If the deposit due date falls inside the balance due date, payment in full is required immediately.
Cancellation of a booking can be accepted in writing, via email or over the phone. For cancellations received more than 60 days in winter , 28 days in summer prior to the booking start date, all moneys will be refunded less $100 cancellation fee, in addition to the charges set by the property owner. For cancellations received inside 60 days for winter, 28 days for summer prior to arrival a refund will only be given if the property can be re-booked less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fees apply in respect to part cancellation.
Amendments to Bookings:
Amendments made to confirmed reservations will incur a minimum fee of $50 plus any fees imposed by the accommodation house or service operator. Amendments made after balance due date are treated as a cancellation and subject to cancellation fees.
We strongly recommend Travel Insurance to protect you against loss of personal belongings, public liability and cancellation fees and can offer the services of Sure Save, underwritten by Lloyds of London.
Snow Escape Holidays Pty Ltd acts only as an agent for the companies, or persons providing or offering the means of accommodation, travel conveyance or transport. All tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which services are provided by the principals concerned. Snow Escape Holidays Pty Ltd reserves the right to relocate or amend accommodation dates according to circumstances beyond their control.
Clients occupying self-contained accommodation may be required to bring sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels, washing and personal items. Please check your booking details on the booking form. A security deposit will be charged upon registering. All apartment details and bedding is correct at time of notification by property management. Bedding and inclusions are subject to change without notice.
