Living Room with 2.5 seater sofa

This full brick secured apartment located at quiet side of Hurstville & it is convenient to every places, it is on the second floor with easy access via stairs, open plan living with fully functional kitchen and a separated laundry.

All windows and sliding doors inside the apartment are fitted with insect screens, child safety lock which can be unlocked if necessary, so you can leave windows opened without worrying Moses and other bugs or street noises.

Master bedroom:
Own shower and toilet,basin etc,2 comfortable hotel grade King single beds which can be zipped up as a full size king bed ,Cesar stone top bed side table,2 windows with safety lock installed, air conditioning, up to two extra real spring mattresses can be set up with sheets, blankets and towels for extra guests on demand(charges apply), this arrangement only available to bookings with more than 6 people.

Double bedroom:
Comfortable double bed, Cesar stone top bedside table with full size mirrored wardrobe, writing table and chair,covered balcony, northeast facing with plenty of sun for drying clothes without a need for a cloth dryer all year round, air conditioning.

Twin room:
2 comfortable hotel grade King single beds which can be zipped up to a full size king bed , a free standing wardrobe, 2 lockable windows, wall mount fan provided for summer.

Main bath room with bath tub and a heater, internal laundry room (not in a closet) with fully automatic wash machine and iron/iron broad, detergent also provided.

There are two 2.5 seat sofa in living area with Cesar stone coffee table, Cesar Stone dinning table set up for 6,enough for 8.

LED TV and unlimited super fast WiFi provided

Guest access

1/ Entire home and facilities including free underground secure parking , unlimited high speed encrypted WiFi,cleaned rubber slippers provided for you to use inside the apartment.

2/ Two sets of house keys and one car park remote control provided.

3 / Each bed fully make up using 2 layer sheets as per our standard

4/ Towels, shampoo, conditioner,shower gel ,detergent and toilet paper also provided for number of people in the booking, extra sheets, spare pillow and blankets also available for extra guests upon request.

5/ Overhead cloth line provided in double room balcony, it is enough for a big family, 2 cloth racks also provided for drying small items.

6/ 7 KG automatic washing machine with detergents, Iron and Iron Broad also available in laundry room.

7/ There are discard towels in laundry room for emergency clean up of spillage or breakage during your stay, plastic bags also accessible for garbage disposal.

We will meet you upon arrival to hand over keys and show you around the apartment.

We can be contacted via phone, email or instant message any time during your stay, we live locally.

Other things to note

Please supervise children all the time to avoid accidents as the apartment is on the second floor.

No housekeeping provided during your stay.

For Drivers: Car park height limit to 2.1 meters, it is within underground secured basement which is one level below ground floor, if you are driving a mini Van or anything over 2.1 meters height, you have to organize your own parking arrangement (plenty of street parking around, but you need to be quick to get one), there is a council car park across the road if you you have more than two cars.
When checking out, you do need the remote control to exit the car park. Once you exit the car park, park your car on the bypassing bay on the driveway, you then can quickly go return the remote control and key to the dinning table of the apartment.

Having fun is mandatory in our place, but our home is also a sacred place to us, where you get to relax and just be, hope it will the same to you on your stay, please leave the apartment as you found it,also please keep these in mind:

1. No overnight non-Airbnb guests. If more guests than booked are found to be staying, the additional listed nightly charge will be claimed from your security deposit. If there are more guests than the property takes, you will be asked to leave immediately.

2. No commercial / personal services activities allowed, NO unusual high numbers of visitors, please keep the noise down as this is a residential building.

3. Street Shoes off once inside the apartment please, the floor is cleaned every time when guests check out, you are more than welcome to use rubber slippers provided, it is for hygiene reasons and stopping noise transmitted to downstairs.

4.Cleaning of cutlery and cooking utensils is the guests' responsibility, food waste must remove daily to avoid bugs, guests also expected remove rubbish when checking out,If additional cleaning is required, extra fees may be payable.

5. Please turn off appliances and taps when not in used or when you leave the apartment.

6.Use the air conditioners sparingly and turn off when going out. Please make sure doors and windows are closed when you are heating or cooling.

5.Failed to return house keys will attract $50 replacement fee per set ,and the replacement cost for lost garage remote control is $100, replacement costs for TV and Air conditioning unit remote control cost is $80 each, all these needed to be paid directly to host by cash in such events.

6.No Wet umbrella placed on wooden floor as it will cause damage.

7. No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony. $100 fee will be payable for additional cleaning.
