The property has a pool and BBQ within the complex, this property is directly across the road from the beach and a very short walk to shops, restaurants and the Golf Club. Sleeps 6 (2 queens and 2 singles)

A stones throw from glorious Bennett's Beach, this is as close to the beach as you can get. Ground floor garden apartment with private courtyard, shared BBQ and small children's splash pool. Park the car and walk just about everywhere from here.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people with two queen beds and 2 single beds in 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a separate bathroom/toilet near the rear 2 bedrooms. The front entrance has a grass/tile garden courtyard with access to a side path and security gate to the beach across the road - note sand dunes and bushes preclude water/ocean views from the apartment itself.

The rear entrance to the apartment faces towards the garages, shared barbecue area and swimming pool. There is a garage for one vehicle and plenty of on-street parking. You will find just about everything you need in the apartment including kitchen appliances.

Linen and towels are not included but can be arranged with advance notice if required.

Across the road behind the Surf Club there is a reserve, childrens playground and picnic area. On the next block is a resort offering bike hire, a bar and restaurant and coffee. A few minutes drive is the Hawks Nest shopping strip with a pharmacy, news agency, restaurants, a bakery and an IGA grocery store. Please note that WIFI and Foxtel/Cable TV are not provided at the apartment and mobile reception can sometimes be difficult. We understand people need to keep in touch, however we invite you to a digital detox during your stay. If this is impossible for you, local cafes and restaurants offer WIFI.

  1. HAWKS NEST BEACH REALTY IS A MEMBER OF HRIA AND ABIDE BY THE HOLIDAY RENTAL CODE OF CONDUCT
  2. The premises are let to you for holiday purposes during the period stated on your receipt.
  3. Occupants: The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons that the property sleeps.
  4. Check in, Check out: The premises will be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and, are to be vacated no later than 10.00am on the day of departure. A late departure may be requested outside of school holiday periods. A $50 penalty fee will be charged for late checkouts that are not pre approved. The premises are to be kept clean at all times and left in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so will incur a charge of at least $100 for extra cleaning. Please also remember the bbq. LINEN & TOILETRIES INCL TOILET PAPER ARE NOT PROVIDED.
  5. Payments: Deposits, balance of rent and security deposits must be paid by the due dates shown on your invoice. Keys will only be released when all outstanding monies due have been received. Eftpos facilities are available, Credit card transactions incur a fee of 1.5% + GST of the total charged. Debit cards attract a flat fee of $0.55 per transaction. We do not accept cheques on arrival so if you intend paying by cheque please have your balance paid not less than 7 days before your arrival date.
  6. Cancellations: All cancellations will incur a fee of 20% of the tariff. Any cancellation within three calendar months will incur full forfeit of monies paid on the tariff. A refund will be given if the property is re-let for the same tariff less the 20% cancellation fee and or any difference in tariff. All changes and cancellations must be given in writing.
  7. The booking is made in good faith by our office, and maybe subject to change. We cannot accept responsibility for action taken by the owner of the premises outside of our control. However, reasonable endeavour will be made to offer alternative accommodation, should this occur.
  8. Strictly no pets or animals are permitted on the property or within the premises unless by prior arrangement. A bond applies.
  9. All damages, breakages or losses to the property, furniture or furnishings will be paid for by the tenant and must be reported to Hawks Nest Beach Realty immediately. Should you discover a fault or breakage on arrival, please advise us or it will be considered the responsibility of the current guest and charged accordingly.
  10. Loss of keys attracts a $50 charge plus locksmiths charges. 
  11. Hawks Nest Beach Realty and the owner take no responsibility for tenant’s personal property. Landlords’ insurance does not cover loss of tenants’ belongings.
  12. Strata title law must be observed.
  13. No person shall be guilty of conduct that is a nuisance to adjoining neighbours. Noise must be controlled at all times but especially after 10pm. Rubbish must be disposed of in bins provided. Excess rubbish must be removed and not left at property as it will not be collected by MidCoast Waste Services. The cost of removing any rubbish left at premises will be charged to the vacating guest. Cars, boats, trailers etc must be parked at the premises so as not to create a safety hazard or nuisance to adjoining properties.
  14. In the event the property is offered for sale, the tenant agrees to allow the owner or Hawks Nest Beach Realty to inspect the property with prospective purchasers, by appointment, during reasonable hours.
  15. Tariffs are subject to change without notice. The tenant cannot hold Hawks Nest Beach Realty responsible for bookings if the accommodation is unsatisfactory on arrival, without prior inspection. The description of the premises by Hawks Nest Beach Realty is given in good faith and no responsibility for misinterpretation will be accepted. No refunds are given if you are not satisfied with your accommodation.
  16. A bond form will need to be completed on or before arrival with credit card details and an authority to deduct up to $1000 for repairs and cleaning. If you do not have a credit card then payment of $1000 by cheque, cash or eftpos will be held and refunded once an inspection of the property has been conducted.
  17. Hawks Nest Beach Realty needs to be made aware should there be a function intended by the guest. Strictly no parties, weddings or other functions involving more people than the property can sleep, in bedding provided, is permitted without prior written approval by the owner or Hawks Nest Beach Realty.
  18. Individual House Rules may apply in addition to these standard terms and conditions. Any breach of the above Holiday Letting Terms and Conditions, as agreed by both parties, permits the owner or Hawks Nest Beach Realty to refuse the key, amend the rent, or immediately terminate the occupancy.
