Entry and departure:
The property will be ready for your arrival at 3:00pm. Key pick up arrangements are determined during the booking process. To enable us to service the property between occupants we ask that you vacate by 10:00am, failure to do so will incur an additional day’s rental will be deducted from the bond.
This holiday home offers all furnishings, linen, kitchen utensils and cleaning equipment. The tenancy is conditional upon the tenant:
Providing general security in and around the property during the occupancy
Notifying us immediately of all breakages, damage, and failure of electrical or plumbing equipment. The cost of rectifying any such damage or loss caused by the tenant will be
Leaving the property in a clean and tidy manner and removing all rubbish, bottles, food and
personal items. There are rubbish and recycling bins provided, which will be collected every
Securely locking the property upon departure and leaving the key inside.
Tenants shall supply all personal hygiene items and cleaning requirements such as soap,
toilet paper and detergents. This property is provided on a self-catering basis.
No pets are permitted on or about the property during the tenancy.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
A cleaning service at the tenant’s expense is available. A booking with payment is required.
Any additional cleaning required at the end of a tenancy will be charged at the tenant’s
We recommend comprehensive holiday insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances which may arise, as once the booking has been made and confirmed the cancellation policy outlined above will apply. Additionally, we recommend provision of a 24 hour emergency number.
Under no circumstances shall the number of guests exceed four persons. If it becomes apparent that this is the case, then the guests shall be immediately evicted and no refund granted.
As the property is located in a family oriented area no loud partying is allowed. Your stay may be terminated if this condition is not met.
Recognize that in the unlikely event that the accommodation is rendered uninhabitable due to fire, earthquake or any other means beyond our control, owner liability will be limited to a refund of monies paid only.
Residential Tenancies Act 2010:
It is agreed that this Rental Agreement confers the right to occupy the premises for a holiday as defined in the above Act, and the parties confirm that the provisions of the Act shall not apply to this Rental Agreement.
The landlord does not accept responsibility:
For any loss, damage, or injury to the person or belongings of the tenant or any third party however caused, whilst leased by the tenant before, during or after the period of the tenancy.
For any error or omission in the property advertising and information. All printed, written or verbal description of the premises is made in good faith but no responsibility shall be accepted for any misdescription.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice at the landlord’s discretion.
