The property is let to you only for the period stated. The number of
occupants must not exceed the number stated at the time of making a
booking. Any increase in numbers must be agreed in advance and may
incur an additional fee.
Unless other arrangements are made, the property will be available on your
day of arrival from 1.00pm and we ask that you vacate by 10.00 am.
Guests are asked to leave the premises in a clean and tidy state. Including
washing dishes & removal of rubbish. Place rubbish in the green & red bin
& recycling in the green & yellow bin. The garbage collection day is Tuesday.
It would be appreciated if you could put the bins out for collection on Monday
night & retrieved after collection. The recycling bin is collected every 2nd Tuesday.
Collection dates are provided on the property.
Pets are most welcome, but are not permitted inside the cottage. Owners are to
clean up after their pets, the yard area & any pet hair. Fees apply if pets are inside
Whilst we encourage our guests to enjoy their stay we would ask our guests to
keep noise to a minimum after 10.00pm.
Guests are asked to maintain the security of the property during their stay by
locking up when they are out. At the end of their stay lock all house doors, windows
and the garage door and return the keys to the key safe on the front verandah post.
There is a $100 fee if the keys are not returned to the key safe at the end of your stay.
Any damages, breakages or losses to the property are to be reported immediately
and paid for.
No responsibility is taken for guest’s belongings whilst on, or left on the property.
Fish are not to be cleaned or oysters opened on the property.
Generally a deposit of one nights rental or 20% of rental is required with the
balance payable 1 week prior to your arrival date and 1 month prior to your
arrival date for school holidays and Christmas, or by other arrangement.
In the event of a cancellation within 60 days of the arrival date, the deposit is not
refundable unless the cottage is re-booked for the same period. A fee of $25 applies
for all refunds to cover re-booking, processing and bank charges.
