The Dairy B&B provides a fun accommodation experience in a piece of Bathurst's history. Formerly known as Greenlawn Dairy it was once a thriving farm providing milk on early morning horse and cart runs to a lot of Bathurst residences. It ceased operation in the 1960s.

Nowadays the old milkhouse has been restored to a 2 bedroom cottage and the main farm house has an additional wing for B&B guests. Both projects won regional National Trust awards in 2000 and 2002 for the restoration and sympathetic additions to an old house.

We offer 5 bedrooms - 3 queen and 2 king/twin rooms plus some extra single and foldout beds. Guests enjoy the unique experience of staying with us and comment on the delightful attention to detail that is part of the Dairy's style.

Breakfasts are healthy and delicious - fresh and/or poached fruit (homegrown rhubarb is very popular), yoghurt, juice, cereals, range of bread/toast/condiments, good plunger coffee, variety of teas - to be enjoyed in the (mostly) sunny breakfast areas. Help yourself at whatever time you like......

NB We generally have a 2 night minimum stay policy.

Min night stay group booking packages also apply for car race and other special events. Can sleep 6-8 guests.

The Cottage was very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. It was very rustic and warm with the gas log fire. The hosts Sue and Don were fantastic.5/5 by ,

We enjoyed our stay immensely as the accommodation was very comfortable and well presented. We loved the 'olde worlde' feel and were able to relax in the quiet surroundings. We appreciated the wonderful breakfast and the underfloor heating...very cosy!4/5 by , NSW
Wonderful place to stay. Warm and visually attractive and interesting environment in which it should be impossible to do anything other than relax. The best bit was the hospitality which was friendly, intelligent and sensitive; never in the least intrusive. Want to go back!5/5 by , QLD
We stayed in the cottage. It was spacious, well appointed, fully equipped and nicely decorated. The beds were extrememly comfortable. Quiet atmosphere close to town. We would definitely recommend this property and not hesitate to stay here again.5/5 by , MICHIGAN
The accommodation was excellent so much so we stayed an extra night. The premises stayed cool for most of the day in very hot january weather. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of room to move around. The bathroom was large.4/5 by , NSW
