50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation, with the balance payable three days prior to arrival.
All cancellations within eight weeks of booking will attract a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellation within four weeks of the stay date will forfeit the deposit. However, at the manager’s sole discretion, the deposit may be transferred to another time, depending on the cancellation request and availability.
Extra guests can be added at the last minute at a per person per night cost.

The named booking guest accepts responsibility to pay all charges incurred by all guests whilst occupying The Ridge Gloucester. The charges include (but are not limited to):
- Agreed Accommodation charge;
- Any breakages or damage;
- Any excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning;
- Any laundering costs necessary as a result of any anyone smoking in the house.
Guest/occupant agrees to any charges related to the above being charged to their Credit Card (valid details must be provided to The Ridge Gloucester Manager).
The Ridge Gloucester, its management and staff shall not be liable to any guest or invitee of any guest for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises. Personal property shall include any personal effects or motor vehicles parked on the premises.
