The main floor has a 9m ceiling and includes kitchen, lounge, dining, entertainment space and bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower. An internal mezzanine leads to an outdoor roof terrace with extensive city and district views, BBQ, dining area and perimeter garden. It’s a great spot to view the Sydney NYE fireworks.
On a separate floor, there are three carpeted bedrooms, all with built in robes, an entertainment room with private balcony and a bathroom with shower. An additional sleeping area is the mezzanine with a comfortable, quality double sofa bed. The house comfortably sleeps up to 8.

The expansive kitchen is part of the living area and has loads of bench space and storage, a large internal fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and five burner cooktop. Herbs grow in the adjacent window box. The internal and external dining tables seat 8 to 10.
The living area includes a 65 inch LED screen, 5.1 surround sound system, digital TV receiver, DVD/CD player and internet connection for streaming services. The 2nd entertainment room contains a 55 inch LED TV and surround sound system. The living area flooring and stairs are local hardwood timber floors.
We have plenty of adult and children’s games, books, CDs and DVDs/ Videos. An electric weighted key stage piano is also available for those inclined and we have access to broadband internet.
On the ground floor is a garage and laundry with Meile front-load washing machine and dryer.
