Location: The property is located 1.5km south of the Sydney city CBD, 1km south of Darling Harbour and Chinatown, 500 metres north of The University of Sydney, and 7km north-west of Sydney Airport. A taxi from the airport is approximately $30 The airport train also operates a service to Central Railway, which is very close. See Central below. Glebe Point Road runs off Broadway (George Street), which is the main street that runs through the centre of Sydney city.

Driving from the airport: Will take approximately 20 minutes. Follow the City signs then turn left on Cleveland Street, right onto City Road, immediately left on Broadway and immediately right on Glebe Point Road, left on Wigram Road. Pass 1 set of lights and then the property is on the right hand-side of the street.

Driving from the north: Follow the 'Bridge' signs and take the Harbour Bridge. Do not take the tunnel. Around the middle of the bridge you will see the 'City Western Suburbs' signs to follow. Towards the end of the bridge, and approaching the toll booths, you should be in the lanes that direct you towards freeway 4 and 5. After exiting the tollbooths follow the 'Anzac Bridge' signs. Then take the 'Parramatta, Liverpool, Fish Market' exit. Thereafter follow the Glebe signs and take the Glebe turnoff. After turning off at the Glebe turn-off you will be on Pyrmont Bridge Road. Continue to the second traffic lights and turn right on Glebe Point Road. Take the second on the left into Wigram Road, pass 1 set of lights and then the property is on the right hand side of the street.

Public Transport from City/Darling Harbour: A taxi is approximately $10-$15. The Tram/Light Rail service departs Central Railway, then Capital Theatre, then Entertainment Centre, then Darling Harbour, then Star City, then Fish Markets, then Glebe. Buses 431, 433 or 434 travel directly to and from Glebe, through the centre of the city along George Street.

Driving from the city: Take either Bridge Road from Pyrmont or George Street/Broadway from the city and in both cases turn right onto Glebe Point Road and drive 300 metres from Bridge Road and 1km from Broadway along Glebe Point Road until you get to the Wigram road, pass 1 set of lights and then the property is on the right hand side of the street.

Transport from Central Railway: We would suggest a taxi which should be approximately $10 or the Light Rail/Tram which departs every 10 minutes from just outside the country trains concourse or buses 431, 433 or 434 from Railway Square right to Wigram Road .Ask the bus driver to drop you at the corner of Glebe Point Road and Wigram Road or if you are on 433 or 434 get off just after the traffic lights on Corner of Wigram Rd and Minogue Crescent.

I wanted to write to thank you--we've had a wonderful time and this has been an excellent house and neighborhood in which to spend our five weeks in Sydney.5/5 by , Santa Clara CA
Beautifully presented house with everything we needed, and a few extras we didn't know we needed but were great to have. We would definitely stay here again. The service was very good, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this property. 5/5 by , Melbourne Hi Allesa, Thanks for the review, always a pleasure! we do our best to accommodate everyone needs and happy to see you had a great time. Looking forward to have you back any time. JB [manager response]
A very pleasant house to stay in. Spent a lot of the week out, but it was great to have somewhere cosy to come back to. A very comfortable place to stay.4/5 by , Adelaide
The house in Glebe proved perfect for our Sydney stay and we couldn't fault it – it's welcoming and cosy, has great facilities and is near food, wine and public transport. 5/5 by , Wigwam Road, Glebe
Nicholas was very good at communicating with us, and Juan was very kind and helpful when he met us at the house, when we arrived. They had beautiful fresh flowers, fruits and chocolate and most importantly a box of Tim Tam with milk for us :) The house was very clean and full of character! It had a great kitchen, and nice bathroom. The area was very nice too, very close to grocery store and restaurants. It was About 10 minutes to Light Rail which would take us to Central station and we could go anywhere from there. I would definitely reserve this place if I go back to Sydney. Thank you!5/5 by , Dallas, Texas USA
Thanks for looking after us so well at this lovely little house. We had a great time and loved that the house had lots of separate living areas for grandparents, parents and children to be able to do different activities. This is the BEST set up holiday rental that I have stayed in. I am now used to travelling with my own set of children's plates, cups and toys and we didn't need to unpack any of this.5/5 by , Woodside, Victoria

This is a lovely property, in a quite location, with a little courtyard out the back. It's perfectly located for getting around Sydney and has all you need to make your stay comfortable. The property managers are lovely, providing quick responses to questions / inquiries.4/5 by , Mildura, VIC
Great place. Was perfect for us. Good location close to walking track to the coast. A little out of the city so a bit quieter (you'll prob need public transport, a bike, or a car/taxi if you're planning to go to the city all the time). Clean. Modern. Great kitchen and appliances.5/5 by ,
Great location with cafés and resteraunts nearby as well as only a short taxi ride to the middle of the CBD. Sufficient room for four or five guests and a great little outdoor area for chilling out.5/5 by , Adelaide
Classy and comfortable accommodation within a stone's throw of the city, secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. Our host was prompt to respond to all queries and delivered keys in a timely manner. The house was spacious enough to accommodate five guests. The living area and upstairs loft were particularly charming. Highly recommended5/5 by ,
If you’ve not been to Sydney, you really must try to get there – particularly for the fireworks at New Year which were absolutely stunning. Wigram Road was absolutely great for our stay in Sydney. It’s in a nice quiet district but you can get to the centre either by bus or via the light rail after a nice 10 minute walk through a couple of parks by the canal. The facilities were great and my wife enjoyed eating breakfast in the garden with parrots and cockatoos in the trees above. The supermarket at the bottom of the hill had everything we needed and the pizza place nearby was excellent. Thanks to Belinda for giving us some handy tips and letting us in despite only having got back from holiday a few minutes before we arrived. Also thanks to Nick at Aura travel for helping organise our stay. The communication was clear throughout the process and we can’t wait to come back to Sydney.5/5 by ,
Great location, clean, good description, nice touch leaving fruit, milk and chocolates. Definitely stay here again and recommend it.5/5 by ,
A warm and inviting welcome - complete with fresh fruit and essentials to get us going. A tour of the house including tips for local transportation, shopping, etc. Nick is a gem!5/5 by ,
the location of the property is fantastic close to the city and with some fantastic places to eat close by as well.4/5 by ,
Doona and I had a good time at 140 Wigram Road last week. It was also perfect for our two Pugs. Will certainly aim to stay there again the next time we are in Sydney.5/5 by ,
On our trips to Sydney we usually stay in Surry Hills or Darlinghurst. This time we opted for a change of scenery - and we're very happy we did! The renovated and modernised mid-terrace house is spacious and comfortable, with a well appointed kitchen and added touches of games, a well-stocked library and tourist information guides. Manager Nick greeted us on arrival and ensured that we had everything necessary for our comfort and convenience. At either end of the street and within easy walking distance are the local shopping strips with abundant choice of restaurants, shops and a selection of cafes for the morning heart-starter caffeine hit. The area is well served by buses to the city, Rozelle and Coogee - the thirty-minute trip to Circular Quay gives good opportunity to take in the local area. Not having a car proved to be no problem at all.Another highlight for us was the proximity (an easy and pleasant thirty minute stroll through the suburbs) to the Sydney Fish Market, to indulge in ultra-fresh seafood and great views. Our recent five-day stay in Glebe has been sufficient to convert us to the inner west. We are already planning our return trip and are telling friends about this little gem!4/5 by ,
We are loving our little home. Thank you for all the littler extras5/5 by ,
Our stay at the house was perfect! Every little detail was taken care of and we very thoughtfully had chocolates, biscuits, milk and fresh fruit left for us. The house is so spacious, open and light with plenty of utilities in the kitchen, clean towels in the linen press and extra home comforts. Nick went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything about the property and making the most of our stay too. Thank you!5/5 by ,

We loved the homeliness, friendliness and position of the home. We also loved the loft and the garden for mooching around. The addition of games, books and toys for our children was a bonus as were the courtesy gifts. It is a beautiful home that we all enjoyed very much.5/5 by ,

This is a great find and we enjoyed staying here. Its very had to find a place where you can stay 2 nights most have a 3 night restriction. We will certainly stay again when we're in Sydney.5/5 by ,
Couldn't have asked for a more wonderful home. Very Close to everything we needed and went too! The city, the harbour, Glebe, and Newtown, so many foodie choices in abundance. The house came with everything from fresh clean linen, to basic toiletries, laundry needs, a fresh basket of fruit, and a fresh carton of milk. Its that small attenntion to detail that made our stay that more enjoyable. It was a very hot and humid weekend, so the the ceiling fans were on the majority of the stay. thanks belinda and thanks Nick for the great stay. Highly recommend a stay to all!!5/5 by ,
