The Macleay is located in one of Sydneys most coveted locations, inner city Potts Point, only minutes from the CBD, Botanical Gardens, Opera House and Bridge.

The Macleay offers Studio Apartments, similar to a hotel room but self-contained with a small kitchen, all rooms are serviced daily by Housekeeping.

All air-conditioned studios include a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and cooking facilities. Each room features an iPod docking station and a 48-inch flat-screen TV.

Guests have free access to a local fitness centre, 10 minutes’ walk away. The tour desk can provide sightseeing advice and help guests with travel arrangements.

Most of our Studios also offer magnificent views over Sydney Harbour or the Opera House and Bridge.

Credit cards will be charged one night accommodation on receipt of booking, balance will be payable on check in.

LIMITED CAR PARK - Available at a cost of $30 Sun - Fri and $40 Sat. Parking on Saturday is on a first come - first served basis. We are unable to 'Hold' or 'Book' parking spots. If parking is unavailable on arrival we will direct guest to Kings Cross car park, which is a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to arrival date will not incur any penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date will incur a 1 night cancellation fee. Reservation NO SHOW will be charged 2 nights no show fee. Cancellation policy will differ over special event periods, guests will be notified at time of booking.

NEW YEARS EVE 2016 A $50.00 booking fee per room will be charged at time of reservation, this is a non-fundable fee. A 1 night deposit at the higher New Years Eve rate will be charged on the 01/10/16 (the $50.00 booking fee will be deducted from this amount) The balance of accommodation will be charged on day of arrival. •Cancellation 14 days prior to check in → Full amount •Cancellation 90 days prior to check in → First night See NYE Penalties

"Excellent" Booking for room with glimpses of Elizabeth Bay turned into room with Harbour Bridge, Opera House & all Elizabeth Bay & beyond. Superb! Staff very friendly, but totally professional. Excellent location for restaurants & walk to Art Gallery, Botanic Gardens & Circular Quay.
