Check-in is available anytime after 2pm. Please note that you may be able to check-in earlier if the unit is available (Fees apply).
Please make sure you have emailed through the mobile number that you are travelling with. We will text you with your unit number and entry code once the unit is ready.
Please note that access to each property will only be granted on receipt of final payment.
There will be instructions in the welcome booklet inside the unit on what you should do with the keys when vacating the premises.
Check-out is any time before 10:00am (Late check-out fees apply)
Non refundable Booking Policy (NRF)
You are required to pay the full amount for your stay at time of booking. This is non-refundable. Please note that you can purchase travel insurance at any time which will cover you in case of emergencies.
Flexible Booking Policy (Flexi)
You will be required to pay a $100 deposit at time of booking, with the balance due on check in day. If cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited. If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. There will be a $50 fee for all cancellations and $25 fee for all modifications.
IMPORTANTThe apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management.
