Description
Small, renovated, 3 bedroom beach house, about 300m from a 7km beach. Mummuga and Brou Lakes nearby, for boating and fishing. The house is has modern furniture and white-goods. But NO wi-fi or TV. Two decks, one shady and looking at remnant bush. Two fire-lit barbecues.
Dalmeny has a great IGA/liquor, fish'n'chips, and coffeeshop, all 250m from the house.
Moderate rental rates (usually around $120 per night but may be more in high seasons). Can fit six people, not really suitable for a larger team. On contact, host will give detailed information and an exact seasonal quote. PLEASE NOTE that the LEAST quote will be for $250, that is, for TWO nights.
Keys are picked up from Canberra address, or can be sent by post, or can do keys on site. Rent payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Please book a few days in advance, same-day rental not usually a goer. Reasonable holidays availability, EXCEPTING FOR the Xmas-to-end-January period. It's a nice quiet neighbourhood of families and older folks. No pets or parties, please.
