Tracton Homestead is located half way between Sydney and Melbourne and is perfect for a family holiday, a friend's weekend away or those looking for a little peace and quiet.

Tracton Homestead' is located on an 1100 acre working sheep and cattle farm and neighbours our other farm 'Moorallie' 

With both 'Tracton' and 'Moorallie' being neighbouring farms we are happy for all of our guests to access both properties during their stay.   Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool and tennis court located at Moorallie during their stay.

We understand that our guests are on holiday and we like to give them as much space as they need.

Located 5 minutes from the town of Adelong.  Adelong's main street is National Trust-listed with some buildings dating as far back as the Australia gold rush.  The heritage-listed Adelong Falls Gold Mill Ruins holds some of the history of when gold was discovered in Adelong in 1852.

* Pets are not permitted indoors.  Pets allowed (permission requested prior to arrival).  . The house yard is fully fenced and there is a small gated verandah area. An indoor laundry is also available to secure pets at night.  

* No smoking inside or away from the house in the paddocked areas.  Cigarette butts can be a serious fire hazard and can cause extraordinary damage if not disposed of correctly.

Terms & conditions

Check-in after 2pm.

Check-out before 10am.

Deposit Policy - A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.  The balance of the reservation price is to be paid at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy - If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
