With gorgeous ocean views and stylish accommodation that will sleep 12, Villa Provence is within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and other amenities.  From Villa Provenceit’s a short walk to Pacific Bay and Aanuka Beach resorts, a few minutes’ drive to Park Beach Plaza or the Coffs Harbour CBD and less than fifteen minutes to Coffs Harbour airport.

On arguably the best street in Coffs Harbour, this spacious 5-bedroom house will captivate you from the very start.  The inside, with its stunning new furnishings, is just the beginning – heaps of space and all the quality features to make you feel right at home. Then, step outside your back door to relax or dine in the sunny courtyard while you gaze at the breathtaking views of the Solitary Islands.  Of course if you feel like getting active, you need only wander across the grass to take one of the beautiful walks down to the beaches and bays or through the rainforest.

Villa Provence is a five bedroom, three bathroom home. It features a well equipped kitchen, large dining table, three flat screen TVs (in the lounge, master and second bedrooms), Foxtel/ Netflix, wifi, as well as comfy outdoor furniture and BBQ.

One bedroom is located on the ground floor, for easy access. It has a queen bed, robe and en-suite bathroom. Four more bedrooms are located on the upper floor, two with decks with amazing views. The master has a king size bed and private bathroom with spa; the second bedroom has a king bed and is next to the main bathroom; the third bedroom has twin beds, and the fourth a bunk bed.

Terms & conditions

To secure a booking a 50% deposit is required. Bookings are not confirmed until this deposit is received. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount must be received no later than that stated in our confirmation email to you.  Please ensure payments are made within the specified time limits or the booking will be cancelled and the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.  If your deposit is paid by credit card then final payment will automatically be deducted from that same credit card 30 or 60 days prior to your arrival unless otherwise notified in writing by the cardholder.

Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period for the same amount. If a refund is made due to the property being relet then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

The owner reserves the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

A bond amount of $1500 is required upon arrival by credit card.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests at any time should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.  Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties,  Functions and Weddings are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Cleaning – Your tariff includes a standard clean, however should any additional cleaning be necessary, or the accommodation has had smoking inside, then any charges will be debited to your credit card. Any breakages, damages and excess cleaning items are to be paid for.
Charges will be imposed if the accommodation is left in an unreasonable condition, eg:
- Dirty dishes and unemptied dishwasher
- Rubbish not removed from the accommodation and disposed of in the outside bins
- Soiled or stained bed covers, rugs, upholstery etc.
- Lost or damaged remote controls
- Misplaced keys
- Extra will be charged for hand prints on walls/glass.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.

Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.

The property is available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated no later than 10am on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund, extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.

Linen is to be supplied by the owner.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss – the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Absolutely loved the house. Such a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Great facilities so you can wine and dine in the backyard with the sound of the ocean as a backdrop. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all great. We didn’t want to leave! Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Coffs.

This is a lovely townhouse with great views , well thought out add ons (especially for those with young children). Monique was fantastic responding very quickly to questions and made herself available when we had a wifi hiccup. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this house to anybody who enjoys ocean views, the sound of waves crashing on the shore and all the mod cons of modern living. The beds were comfortable and there was a huge amount of space.
