All bookings require credit card details to secure and pay for the reservation.
Please note the cancellation policy for traveller and premium rooms is:
a) bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date will incur a 1 night fee,
b) no fee for bookings cancelled prior to 48 hours of arrival date,
c) failure to arrive will incur a 1 night fee.
There is a No Cancellation policy for family rooms. Full accommodation cost will be charged.
Cancellation policy for self contained villas is bookings cancelled or altered:
a) for overnight villa accommodation within 72 hours of arrival date will incur full accommodation fee,
b) for 3 night villa accommodation within 14 days of arrival will incur full accommodation fee,
c) for 7 night villa accommodation within 14 days of arrival will incur 50% of full accommodation fee.
Identification - Guests are required to provide personal identification and credit card which will be photocopied and retained for security purposes.
Key Loss - Our room keys are linked to master key locks. Any room key lost by the guest requires locks to be changed and must be paid for by the guest. The locksmith costs are$165.00 .
No Smoking - All rooms and villas are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Attempts to tamper with or remove smoke detectors in the rooms are a safety breach, incurring a minimum service charge of $100.00. Persons found smoking in the rooms will also be liable for an additional cleaning charge of $100.00. In either case you will be asked to leave immediately the property.
Personal Property- Management accepts no responsibility or liability for personal or business items misplaced or otherwise lost whilst you are guest.
Use of Facilities - Guests may use the recreational facilities including pool, BBQ areas, gardens and open spaces at their own risk. Whilst every effort has been taken to ensure the facilities are safe, guests must exercise care and take personal responsibility for their actions. Children must be supervised by an adult at ALL times whilst using the facilities, especially the pool.
Breakages - All breakages and losses must be paid for and Coffs Coast Motor Inn & Villas’ property, including linen must be left in the room upon departure.
Cleaning - Rooms or villas left by guests in a dirty or unduly poor state will incur a cleaning fee at management’s discretion. Villas left with dirty eating utensils, crockery or cutlery will be charged a cleaning fee of $30.00.
Bad Behaviour - Bad behavior or lack of courtesy to other guests will result in cancellation of your booking and immediate removal from the property.
