What to bring?
All linen is supplied, including bath towels & bath mats, tea & hand towels and the beds are made up ready for your arrival. ..... Don't forget to bring your beach towels or you can hire them from us if you prefer. (At least 24 hrs notice is req.)
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TISSUES OR TOWELS FOR MAKE UP REMOVAL .
Bath towels, hand towels, etc. that are soiled by make up will be charged at replacement cost as will all linen that is soiled, damaged or marked beyond salvage.
We provide starter packs of individual sachets of tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, toiletries, toilet paper, soap, tissues, washing & laundry detergents, hair shampoo and conditioner to allow you time to purchase your own supplies, or we suggest that you bring them with you.
You will need your own food, tea & coffee, washing up liquids, salt, pepper, toilet paper, toiletries, hair dryer and specific kitchen utensils you may use such as coffee percolators, woks, etc.
Deposit:
A fully refundable deposit of guarantee is requested on entering the accommodation to ensure its careful use. For this accommodation, the deposit value is: 250.00 AUD($) from the total cost of reservation.
Booking Cancellation Policy - Non peak periods.
Cancellations up to 3 weeks before arrival date - Cancellation fee of the full deposit unless property is re-booked. If the property is re-booked a $75 cancellation fee then applies)
Cancellations made 3 or more weeks before arrival date - Cancellation fee of $75.00 applies
Peak periods. Public holidays including Long Weekends, NSW School Holidays, Easter, Christmas, the State SLS Championships and Special Events.
Up to 12 weeks before arrival date - $75 cancellation fee applies to cover bank & merchant fees
Under 8 weeks from arrival date - full deposit unless property is rebooked. If the property is re-booked a $75 cancellation fee then applies)
Under 2 weeks - Tariff must be paid in full unless re-booked (then a $75 cancellation fee applies)
Part cancellations will not be accepted.
All reservations are made in good faith by us but may be subject to changes in circumstances that are beyond our control. Every reasonable effort will be made to offer alternative accommodation should this occur.
Please note that we cannot accept Bank Transfer payments for new reservations or final payments made within 6 days of arrival.
