Description

Mi Casa is a luxuriously renovated 3 bedroom beach house located a mere 3 minute stroll to shops/restaurants/beaches. Main bedroom has a queen size bed, wall mounted flat screen tv and private ensuite with generous shower. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bunk on the bottom with single bunk on top.

The main bathroom contains bath and shower and has pebble tiles which feel therapeutic underfoot. All bedrooms have egytpian cotton linen/towels and extra large beach towels are also provided along with Sanctum body products. An outdoor shower is located at the rear of the house for a private shower after a refreshing beach swim.

The open plan kitchen/lounge/dining leads onto a separate outdoor dining/BBQ patio and another separate outdoor lounge room perfect for an afternoon cocktail! Plug in your iPOD to the sound system, kick off your thongs and stretch out. Bliss! Wireless internet also available.

There is undercover parking for one vehicle and also plenty of extra off-street space for any additional cars you have.

As an extra bonus, a complimentary bottle of wine and deli pack are provided to help you settle into the relaxed Byron Bay lifestyle that is now famous worldwide.

If you have another group wanting to stay close why not inquire about our sister property next door called Su Casa- sleeps 4. There's a gate that joins the properties for easy access.

-Christmas and New Year Bookings: if dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12 night min stay applies.

Terms & conditions

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellation
Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise
Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT

The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance.For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact:Garth Brien

"Beautiful comfortable house in a wonderful location!" We had a wonderful stay at Mi Casa. There was nothing the house didn’t have to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect - very close to town yet still quiet. The host was fantastic, we really appreciated the information email sent through prior to our arrival with tips such as getting a shuttle from the airport! Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Very clean and in a great location. I was visiting on a work trip but house would be great for families. 2 min walk to Woolworths/Aldi. 5 min walk to the beach! Spot on!

A Perfect Stay was just as described and was within a short walking distance to the centre of Byron. Great amenities, including beach towels and washer dryer. Would recommend for families for sure!
