This quaint family Byron home, is located in a relaxed tranquil leafy suburb of Byron Bay, surrounded by native bush land and only a 5 min drive to the CBD, walking distance to Tallow Beach and  only a 2 minute stroll to the local café, for a great coffee.

This property sleeps up to 7 people in 4 bedrooms and is the perfect retreat for your relaxing holiday in Byron.

The master bedroom has a king bed, The second bedroom has queen bed, and the third bedroom has 1 single ( additional bedding for 1 extra child can be arranged.)  The fourth bedroom has a queen bed.  All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans throughout.

The open plan living, dining, kitchen area faces onto the deck area with outdoor dining facilities and tropical garden.  The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances and dishwasher.  The open plan living area also has a slow combustion wood stove, a welcoming addition during the cooler winter nights.

The elevated north facing covered deck area is a comfortable space to relax on the cushioned daybed and hammock, providing a cool atmosphere during the hot summer days. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the established tropical gardens and local birdlife.

  • At the rear of the house there is an additional lounge / media room with a large flat screen TV and DVD player.  WiFi is also available on request.
  • The light and airy, marble tiled bathroom offers a relaxing space with a spa bath and shower.
  • An additional separate WC is available.
  • Whilst crisp, white bed-linen and fluffy towels are provided, we ask you to bring your own beach towels. 
  • Laundry facilities are available.
  • High chairs and porta cots can be arranged.

Off-street parking is available. 

*Please note that there is a separate studio at this property. It is not attached to the main house and has it's entry etc

Cancellation
Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise
Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT

The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance.For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact: Garth Brien
