"Drift" is located within the luxurious Seadrift complex just a few minutes stroll away from the heart of Byron's CBD with it's delightful cafes, funky shops and entertaining street life. Comprising of 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms (1 with a bath) this double story villa is located directly opposite the gorgeous tropical setting of the pool, BBQ pavilion and grass relaxation area.

The villa has a private north facing courtyard and double car accommodation. Enjoy the balmy sub tropical nights with a BBQ on your patio. The stylish, contemporary interiors are accentuated with energy efficient air conditioning throughout the whole villa.

The modern kitchen comes equipped with highest quality stainless steel appliances, polished stone benchtops allowing you to cook up a storm in style!

The master bedroom offers a Queen ensemble with a luxurious double pillow top mattress, the second bedroom containing a superb Queen latex mattress with underlay, and the third contains 2 x King singles which can be zipped together to make a King (depending on your requirements). Enjoy the comfort of wool blend carpet in all the bedrooms. The satin finish timber flooring throughout the living areas offer contemporary luxury and style with a large flat screen Plasma, DVD, AUSTAR, Stereo and Wireless Broadband.

Upstairs also offers a secondary sitting area with a 26" LCD screen, DVD and AUSTAR....a perfect entertainment area for the children while you enjoy dinner downstairs.

For your enjoyment "Drift" also offers complimentary use of our "cruiser' bike with board rack and your very own soft Malibu surfboard. Byron's Main Beach is a 10 min stroll up through the centre of town or a short 2 min bike ride....why not have a crack at the waves without the hassle of having to bring your own board!

"Drift" is stocked for your enjoyment with complimentary local tea and coffee, quality linen, bath AND beach towels, and a welcome bottle of wine for you to savour as you put up your feet and unwind in this beautiful villa.

-Strict no party policy - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs (in response to the noisy neighbour hotline).

-Christmas and New Year Bookings: if dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12 night min stay applies.

Terms & conditions

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellation
Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise
Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance.For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact: Garth Brien

"Excellent, private and very comfortable." The cleanliness was excellent and the unit was well equipped. Lovely gardens. Good heating and plenty of bathrooms.

"Loved it. Will absolutely be back and family too." Location, the pool and lay-out of our villa made this a great time away with older children. Patio set up very easy to relax around too.
