This historic home has been refreshed and extended but still retains some of its best period features which have been meticulously maintained, including pressed metal ceilings, original hardwood floorboards and generous covered timber wraparound verandahs.

Belletide boasts dual living spaces - a sun-soaked living area complete with fireplace and a separate living space doubling as a TV/media room.  An elevated open plan space comprises the stunning, modern kitchen and dining area. Three inviting and light-filled bedrooms feature simple, modern and sophisticated interior styling and two bathrooms promise rest and relaxation, both with built-in baths. Stunning, sun-drenched wraparound verandas frame the home. Wander only a few moments from Belletide to beloved Byron haunts, the Top Shop, or take a 5 minute stroll to town and the beach.

An additional living space serves as a TV/media room and boasts a large, plush modular lounge, stunning high ceilings, sash windows, large flat screen TV and french doors opening to the outdoor decking space.  

Cooking & Dining
Elevated above the living area, the stylish beach house kitchen showcases a modern timber and white style palette with a bright aqua splashback. Featuring a butler’s pantry, sleek and stylish cabinetry and quality appliances, Belletide’s cooking space promises easy holiday meal preparation. Entertain while you cook with 4 seat breakfast bar dining. Adjacent to the kitchen, dine at the stunning timber table with 8 seat capacity, under modern organic pendant lighting and soaked in sunshine thanks to floor to ceiling glass at the rear wall.

Three bright and breezy bedrooms are simply styled and promise modern coastal luxury, with quality linens and soft furnishings. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the two other bedrooms boast french doors, opening to the decking space outside.

Belletide’s two bathrooms are both fresh and white with monochrome styling and feature large open showers with built in baths.

Outdoor and Pool
Nestled within the subtropical garden is a stunning 5x3 meter pool which is heated through winter (April - Oct). This pool offers the latest filtration system, using Ozone technology which requires little to no chlorine, making it safer and healthier for our guests and their families to swim! Enjoy the best of the beautiful Byron Bay weather with a BBQ on the stunning covered outdoor dining area, complete with hardwood timber decking, timber table (on wheels for added flexibility) and bench seats. Covered timber verandas frame the house and come complete with daybed and hammock.

Enjoy the best of Byron from Belletide - located in one of Byron’s premier streets, walk only minutes for a local, organic coffee and humble, delicious goodies at locally loved Top Shop. Terms & conditions

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance. For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact our office.




Belletide was the perfect accommodation for myself, my husband and two other couples for a 4 night stay. The space was large, well thought out and every small detail was thought of. Not to mention, the property was gorgeous! Located a quick 10min walk from town, it provided easy access to the main drag of Byron, but was then nicely tucked away for when you wanted peace and quiet. The proximity to Top Shop Cafe was a huge bonus. Can’t wait to stay again!



This stylish, comfortable and beautiful home is located ten-fifteen minutes walk from Byron bay village. Across the street from the Top Shop. The pool is lovely. It’s more like a plunge pool. Huge kitchen with loads of appliances. Enough of the cleaning & cooking basics To get you started. Heaps of beach towels, which was great. Big screen tv in the media room. Music speakers throughout operated by Sonos. Stunning home. Can’t wait to stay there again.
