Inside, the home is light-filled and open, with a modern luxe beach styling, including crisp white interiors, timber finishes and furniture and raw and natural fibres throughout. The main house features open plan living, dining and kitchen and two spacious and plushly furnished bedrooms and two resort-style bathrooms (one with bath). An additional studio comes complete with a separate bedroom and ensuite and fully functional kitchen.

The outdoor space at Barrel and Branch is perfectly designed to maximise the beautiful year-round Byron Bay climate. A large covered entertaining space sits beneath an A-frame roof and offers quality 8-seat outdoor dining, plush lounge chairs and a large outdoor sofa. Cool off in the stunning inground swimming pool, which is also surrounded by timber decking and a covered patio space adjoining the two bedrooms. The studio space has a wraparound covered timber deck with outdoor seating and the property also features a large grassed backyard, tropical gardens and palm trees and swinging pod chairs. Perfectly positioned, Barrel and Branch is located on Butler Street, only 200m from the heart of Byron Bay and a short 800m stroll to the shores of stunning Main Beach.

Living & Dining
With a bright and airy open plan design, the living and dining space at Barrel and Branch is fresh and modern, with contemporary furniture. Relax on the sofa, watching Foxtel on the flat screen TV and share meals at the timber dining setting or at the breakfast bar. The living space invites the outside in, with a seamless flow to the outdoor living and dining, accessed through timber French doors.

Cook and create in the simple and stylish kitchen, with stone benchtops, timber cabinetry and loads of natural light.

The main house features two spacious bedrooms, both with private access to the covered outdoor patio and pool area. The master bedroom features a dreamy 4 poster bed and an ensuite bathroom, with bath. In the studio, sleep soundly in a separate bedroom with wall to wall glass doors, opening out to the tropical garden oasis.

Terms & conditions

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance. For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact our office.
