Bacchus is a stylish, 3 bedroom house that has recently undergone an extensive renovation by it's architect owner, SMITH. Architects. Conveniently located on Carlye St, this property is only a short 7 min stroll from town and just a 5 min walk through to Clarkes Beach. A 1 min stroll will bring you to The Top Shop, one of Byron's best coffee shops. Leave the car at home.

This property oozes style. From the retro brickwork, to the funky tiles, the sublime lighting, to the polished timber floorboards....Bacchus is a house that has been very well planned and the attention to detail is evident.

The house has 3 bedrooms and a sitting room, providing a sleeping capacity of up to 8 people, but no more than 6 adults are allowed to stay at the property.

  • 2nd bedroom - King that can be split into twin singles
  • 3rd bedroom - King that can be split into twin singles
  • Sitting area - Custom made queen futon suitable for 2 adults

There is also some small fold out squabs in the lounge which can be used as extra bedding for small children.

Outdoor:

The house has some lovely outdoor deck areas, an 8m pool and a gas BBQ for your enjoyment. An outdoor hot and cold shower makes for an easy, pleasurable rinse off after a day at the beach.

Bacchus offers 2 bathrooms a powder room and an outdoor hot and cold shower. The master bedroom ensuite contains a shower and toilet and the second bathroom has a gorgeous free standing bath, shower and separate toilet.

The property comes equipped with a large flatscreen TV, DVD, PS4, SONOS sound system, media drive and complimentary WiFi. Staying in Byron over the winter months? Then why not curl up in front of the open fireplace and indulge in a movie or your favourite TV show.

Bacchus has all linen, bath and beach / pool towels supplied.

**Notes:

-Group restrictions - maximum of 6 adults at the property .

-Strict no party policy - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs (in response to the noisy neighbour hotline).

-No schoolies permitted.

-Christmas and New Year Bookings: if dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12 night min stay applies.

-We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond or immediate termination.

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellation
Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise
Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT

The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance.For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact:Garth Brien
