This beautiful hinterland retreat has just recently completed an extensive renovation and captures the magic that the hills of Coorabell offers. Just a short 15 mins drive from the stunning beaches of Byron Bay, the property features polished timber floors, large decks, and a resort style 12 metre wet edge pool and spa, as well as cabana with stunning hinterland views.

The main house features an open plan living, kitchen, dining area with concertina doors that open out onto a large deck space with outdoor lounges and an 8 person outdoor table setting and BBQ. From the end of the deck you can walk down the stairs to the spectacular wet edge pool and heated spa with glorious views looking out across the valley.

The main part of the house has lovely, character filled polished hardwood timber floors and cool furniture pieces including an eclectic chandelier, a huge white wash mirror and a corner daybed, perfect for curling up on with your favourite book. The living area offers a state of the art entertainment system including a 55" LCD 3D TV, DVD and Sonos sound system. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking up a feast on those nights in.

There is a bathroom with spa bath on this main level and a Queen bedroom upstairs with balcony.

The new wing extends down from the main house and features a TV room with fold out lounge, 2 queen bedrooms with built ins and the 2nd bathroom with a separate shower and bath. Every room opens out on to the lower deck with fantastic views across the wet edge pool and valley below.

This 10 acre property is located at the end of Koranba Place, Coorabell, making it very private. There is a separate house with permanent tenants living next door. There is no common wall an the two properties are separated by a large double bay garage.

Coorabell is a wonderful little rural area and is only 10 min drive from Bangalow and 15 min drive to Byron Bay and Mullumbimby.

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance. For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact our office.




"Great house in great location" Ayana is a really thoughtfully designed beach house. It’s in a great location opposite The Pass and it has everything you need - beach towels, beach chairs and the kitchen is fantastically well-stocked with crockery, saucepans etc, it is just like home. The bathrooms and bedrooms were lovely and the linen was very nice, all very modern. The open plan living area with the deck was great too. We were very happy and would definitely book it again. Liz was very nice and easy to deal with, great experience all round.



"Excellent!" From the location to the quality of house - inside and out, we could not ask for a better vacation home. Also, Liz was very responsive and helpful. Walking distance to everything - beaches, sites, and the town made it a perfect stay for our group. We would definitely stay here again if we could get the chance for another visit!



"Stylish Beach House just above 'the Pass'" The house was beautifully furnished and plenty of room for our group. Loved the tropical surrounds with outdoor shower & yoga deck. The outside spa in the evening was heavenly after a day surfing & walking on the beach. the house was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay feel like we were in our own homes. highly recommend this little bit of paradise tucked away just above the beach in Byron.
