Amity @ Seadrift is a modern luxury villa designed to deliver the ultimate family accommodation in Byron Bay. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus powder room and two living areas with TVs in addition to unlimited broadband Wi-Fi, so everyone can spread out and enjoy their own space. Part of a private gated complex, this purpose-built Byron Bay holiday rental has beach-themed interiors along with a gourmet kitchen, private garden, complimentary bicycles and use of a shared pool.

Finished to a high standard, this beautiful luxury beach villa is within strolling distance of Byron’s famous cafés and shops and 1.5km from the beach. It comes with garage parking for 2 cars (with remote control access) and further guest parking off-street.

Living/Dining
There are two separate living areas giving teenagers their own TV space and youngsters space to play on the first floor. The main living room on the ground floor has deep-cushioned L-shaped sofa with wall-mounted TV and garden views. The formal dining area has a contemporary light-wood table and chairs upholstered in muted grey tones and there are bar stools at the breakfast bar for informal meals. Sliding patio doors lead out to the private terrace overlooking a grassed garden area.

Cooking
The modern kitchen is fitted with new stainless-steel appliances set off by the all-white units with ample cupboards, drawers and benchtop workspace. A half-height breakfast bar with stools defines the kitchen and dining areas.

Sleeping
Three bedrooms share 2 bathrooms (one master ensuite with a free-standing bath and an additional family bathroom). The villa also has a guest toilet/powder rooms.

Bedding configuration (sleeps 6):

  • Master bedroom: 1 x queen bed with ensuite
  • Bedroom 2: 1 x queen bed with patio doors and balcony access
  • Bedroom 3: 2 x king singles (cannot be made as king)
  • Trundle bed suitable for a child available upon request

Views of the light from the lighthouse can be seen in the distance at night from bedrooms 1 and 2 adding the ambience of the property.

Outdoor/Entertaining
Amity @ Seadrift has its own private sitting out area with a shady covered terrace with ceiling fan flowing onto a spacious lawned area. Hanging chairs complete the theme of relaxation in the outdoor area. This intimate private complex has a shared unheated pool for guests to use.

Parking
Parking for 2 cars in a garage accessed by remote control. In addition, there is ample guest parking elsewhere within the complex.

Location
Amity @ Seadrift in Byron Bay is in a prime location less than 1km from local shops and cafés and a similar distance to supermarkets and local amenities. The lively al fresco lifestyle spills out with ice cream parlours, coffee shops and cafés all providing outdoor tables. The atmosphere continues with bars and restaurants providing live music and nightlife.

The beautiful sand and surf that makes Byron Bay holiday rentals so popular is just 1.5km away. On the headland sits the historic lighthouse and the winding walk to it is well worth the effort. In the whale watching season (June to November) you may see whales breaching and blowing jets of water high in the air as they head north for feeding and breeding.

Head inland to discover villages steeped in history and a world away from city life. Browse in the general store, pick up local produce at farmer’s markets or dine at some epicurean restaurants in the Hinterland hamlets.

Terms & conditions

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellation
Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise
Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance. For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact our office.

"So lovely" A lovely place to stay with 4 adults and 3 kids under 4. The secure yard meant that the kids were safe to play outside with minimal supervision. 2 bikes were provided so it made it easy to get into town and back, though it's an easy walk as well. A week after returning home, we realised an item was left at the property, and a quick phone call later were informed that it was found and stored in the locked cleaner’s cupboard and would be able to be easily returned. Supplied beach towels meant that we didn't have to pack any, and a complete laundry meant for an easier trip.

"Beautifully styled" As photographed the house is beautifully styled throughout. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and bbq entertaining area. It was a perfect space for our young families. Thanks for the stay!
