This charming Byron beach house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the main house and studio. It’s ideal for 8 guests and their well-behaved pets to relax on the deck overlooking the pool. The air-conditioned open-plan living/kitchen area has lofty ceilings and fully retractable doors providing a seamless flow for indoor-outdoor living. Bedrooms feature polished wood flooring, white walls and high ceilings with fans. It’s where historic charm meets beach retreat!

Set in a prime location in the heart of Byron Bay life, Aditi holiday cottage is close to independent shops, quirky cafés and restaurants. You’ll also find bo-ho chic designer beachwear at the nearby Spell & the Gypsy Collective. Sandy beaches and surfing are just 1km away along with the famous lighthouse and unspoiled Arakwal National Park.

Living/Dining
The open-plan living area and modern kitchen are flooded with light from the windows and fully retractable glass doors overlooking the pool and deck. The wooden dining table has 8 cushioned chairs for informal dining beneath the ceiling fan.

The air-conditioned lounge offers a quiet place to relax and read, watch the flatscreen TV or chat. Modern artworks, contemporary sofas and armchairs arranged around the low wooden coffee table create a relaxed ambience for social gatherings.

Cooking
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the breakfast bar, easily prepared in the fully fitted open-plan kitchen which includes a stainless-steel dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator and Sunbeam espresso coffee machine.

Sleeping
All bedrooms are spacious with modern artworks, polished wood floors, white decor and ceiling fans. The main house has 2 ensuite bathrooms (master ensuite has a bath) plus a shared family bathroom. There is a further ensuite bathroom in the studio.

Outdoor/Entertaining
Enjoy the al fresco lifestyle with a barbie in the private fenced yard. The outdoor lap pool provides a focal point (and a welcome place to cool off!) near the covered deck area. The front verandah provides a quiet place to read or watch the world go by.

Parking
There is off-street parking for two cars. The garage is not available for guests.

Location
Centrally located in the heart of Byron town, this renovated cottage is just around the corner from Aditi is the bo-ho Spell & The Gypsy Collective boutique. Main Street is lined with cafés, ice cream parlours, shops and eateries just minutes away, so you’ll certainly never go hungry.

Byron Bay beaches are 1km from your holiday cottage with golden sands, rolling surf and coastal walks within sight of the famous lighthouse. Hike up Lighthouse Loop for stunning views or whale watching, a popular pastime for visitors between May and October. Nearby Arakwal National Park is a peaceful haven for wildlife and birds.

Terms & conditions

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellation
Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise
Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance. For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact our office.
