Byron Bay

Cape Byron is Australia's most easterly point, 153° 39´ east, located on the north coast of New South Wales. With its numerous beaches, unspoilt hinterland, and relaxed lifestyle, Byron Bay is a popular tourist destination.

With average summer temperatures of 21C - 28C, and average winter temperatures of 15C - 21C, both locals and visitors are able to enjoy plenty of outdoor activities including the many festivals throughout the year.

Byron Shire has a population of close to 30,000, while the town of Byron Bay has a population of about 9,000.

Byron Bay is located just off the Pacific Highway, 800kms north of Sydney, 175kms south of Brisbane. Airports are located in Ballina (30mins south) or Coolangatta (60mins north) and busses and trains arrive regularly.

Flying to Byron Bay
Most flights to the region arrive at the The Gold Coast Airport which is located in Coolangatta QLD (45 mins North). There are a couple smaller regional airports located in Ballina (30 mins South) and Lismore (50 mins West).

Driving To Byron Bay
Much work has been done to the Pacific Highway making for a more enjoyable drive. Whenever driving long distances, driver fatigue should be avoided by sharing the driving and taking rest breaks every 2 hours. With breaks, Byron Bay is about a 9 hour drive from Sydney and about 2 hour drive from Brisbane.

Coach travel to Byron Bay is a popular budget way to travel with busses arriving regularly at the Bus Depot located in the centre of town. Most bus companies located on the east coast of Australia have a regular service to Byron Bay.

The person who has made the reservation must stay at the Property.  This person will be held responsible for the conduct of all guests and for the condition of the Property, its contents and surroundings.
 
You are granted a limited permission to occupy the Property for holiday purposes only.  This is not a residential tenancy agreement under the residential tenancy legislation. 
 
Your occupancy is granted for the period stated in your booking invoice (only) and in consideration of the total rental stated in your booking invoice.
 
The number of persons staying at the Property (Guests) must not at any time exceed the advertised maximum number of persons for the Property unless we have first agreed with you otherwise in writing.   You must not allow persons other than Guests at the Property unless we have agreed with you otherwise in writing.  In the case that the maximum number of persons is exceeded, your occupancy may be immediately cancelled and/or additional fees charged.
You will be responsible for all damages, breakages and losses occurring to the Property during the term of your occupancy including any associated costs, expenses or damages arising to us or the Property owner as a result of any such damage, breakage or loss.
All Guests must comply with the House Rules, respect the residential amenity and security of the Property and neighbours, and refrain from anti-social behaviour.
 
You must comply with any reasonable instructions given by us or the Property’s security services during the course of your stay.
 
You must notify us of any disputes or complaints as soon as is practicable.

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions (including the House Rules) may result in termination of your permission to occupy the Property and eviction and/or charges against your security bond.
