Avalon Nth/Whale Beach Holiday Home is set in a tropical, leafy, quiet street of Avalon/Whale Beach and is just 3 minutes walk to a most beautiful view over stunning northern beaches and headlands. You can choose between visiting Avalon, Whale or Palm Beach, all 20 min walk or 3 min car ride away.
We are very reasonable for the area and do get full at weekends so book early! You can book the 3 bedroom property or also book the cute 'Garden Retreat' at the end of the garden to accommodate 8 or 9 people.
Each room has it's own bathroom, Queen bed, TV and fridge and is stylishly decorated with a 'beachy' theme. Excellent value for location and standard of accommodation. Come and stay for longer periods if over visiting family but wanting your 'own space'!
There is a lovely Lounge/Dining/kitchen leading on to a covered deck with bbq. There is air con in the Lounge/Dining, fans in rooms and cozy gas log fire in Winter and heaters in all rooms.
Very popular with wedding guests as we are close to popular wedding venues such as Moby Dicks, Jonahs, The Boathouse etc. A 2 night minimum booking usually applies at weekends. A third or 4th night can be added on at a lower rate. Book out the whole place as a 'Holiday Home' and enjoy having bedrooms with private facilities. Cheaper rates for longer stays. Rates with or without continental breakfast.
Unique property with lovely 'beach' feel due to decor and furnishings, shell inlayed tables, beachy art etc.
There are 3 bedrooms with option of a 4th which is a cute cabin, The Garden Retreat, at the rear of property at extra cost.
All bedrooms have ensuites, Queen beds, fridge and TV. Lovely linen in each bedroom.
There is a light filled, welcoming Living/Dining/kitchen area leading on to covered deck. Plenty of crockery/cooking utensils etc. BBQ on covered deck. There is a microwave, hot plates, toaster etc but no oven at present so please discuss if wanting a full kitchen. We provide a large gas bbq which can be used as an oven too. Washing machine now provided.
Linen and towels are provided.Off street parking for up to 3 cars.
Also operates as Whale Beach B&B at certain times although is taken over as a 'Holiday Home' more often now. The owners do live at the rear of the property but have a separate entrance at back and their windows face out the back. Guests have total privacy booking the Holiday Home at the front but management is easily accessible if anything is needed.
Not suitable as a 'Party House' as it is in a residential area and on a beautiful tree lined street which links up with Whale Beach Road.
