Glenhope Alpacas B&B/ Accommodation is situated on a working farm.
Dogs and other domestic animals are not permitted on either property without prior arrangement. This is for their own safety and the safety of local wildlife and farm animals.
Any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that you bring to the premises or on to the grounds of the property remain your responsibility. The owners/managers of Glenhope Accommodation are not responsible for their safekeeping.
Any unclaimed property left in the accommodation can be returned to you via your choice of postage at your expense or unclaimed property will be disposed of after one months
We adhere to the National Privacy Principles relating to the collection of personal information. Information collected from you on the registration slip is required to meet the requirements of State legislation regarding the maintenance of a guest register, for fire safety reasons, for billing purposes and to market our services to you. We will make this information available to third parties where required by law or to enforce our collection of amounts owing by you. You must advise us if any details on the registration slip are incorrect.
Should you or your guests incur any additional charges including extra cleaning costs, not charged at the time of your booking, these will be charged to the credit card.
Check in time is 2pm or as otherwise arranged and checkout time is 10:00am on the date shown for your departure unless otherwise arranged. Departure after that time may incur additional charges. Please discuss your needs with us. We will accommodate them wherever possible.
At the completion of your stay, it is your responsibility to leave the premises in a clean and tidy manner as per when you arrived. It is our right to charge an excess cleaning fee if the premises are not in accordance with this request at the time you vacate.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas using the applicable smokers butt trays. As directed by NSW Tobacco and Other Smoking Products Act 1998 Part 2B (smoke-free enclosed place) smoking is NOT permitted at any time inside any of our properties. An extra cleaning fee applies if smoke contamination occurs during your stay.
Payment from credit cards will be taken one month prior to arrival or at time of booking if the date is less then 30 days.
Bookings are confirmed at the tariff listed at time of booking upon receipt of your MasterCard or visa card details. The card information we obtain will be held in a secure manner and deleted from our systems after our property has been inspected following your departure.
Cancellations or amendments for bookings must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Guests are responsible for the full cost of accommodation if booking is cancelled or altered within 30 days of arrival date. Any cancelled nights that are resold will be credited back to the guest’s account. A $25 administration fee applies to all booking cancellations or alterations.
