The Acacia Motel offers excellent value accommodation in Armidale. We are centrally located on Miller Street Armidale, just an hours drive north on the New England Highway from Tamworth.

In addition to being very close to the centre of town, The Acacia Motel is located only a few minutes drive from – Armidale Airport, Armidale Railway Staion, the Armidale Golf Course and major schools – New England Girls School, Presbyterian Ladies College and The Armidale School – the University, Folk & Art Museums and the Aboriginal Cultural Centre
All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card.
The card is held as a guarantee of arrival.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be made direct to the Acacia Motor Inn.
Any cancellations made inside 1 day prior to the reserved arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation. The fee will be refunded if the Acacia Motor Inn is able to rebook the cancelled accommodation.
If a cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to arrival there is no cancellation fee.
No Smoking
No smoking is allowed in guest rooms. If a guest smokes in the room they will be charged a $200 cleaning fee, even if they have departed.
No Pets
No pets are allowed in the guest rooms.
