Clean and very confortable. Lovely views and friendly home owner. Quite easy to get to it once you get know the area as Canberra roads are excellent. The dog loved the place too, I highly recommend to anyone especially to families travelling with pets.5/5 by , melbourne Hi Adelfia, Thank you for your very kind comments. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Regards, Cedric and Phattama. [manager response]
Our host Cedric made us feel welcome. Enough space for the night, to cold to use backyard or BBQ,but nice they have this to offer.5/5 by ,
The hosts were very accommodating with arrival/departure times and the flat had everything we needed (travelling with two young children). As we were visiting from Sydney, I'm happy to say that it was also well heated! The only area that could be improved was the shower - it was functional but had low water pressure.I'll be staying again for sure!4/5 by ,
As a place to stay with family pets excellent felt very relaxed.Place fir dogs to run around. However as a B & B the bed part great very clean neat and tidy. However, the Breakfast part there was none provided.3/5 by ,
Our trip to Canberra was made easy by having such a great property to stay in. It was spacious, warm (for us Queenslanders) and our host was very helpful. Having a fully self contained unit made our trip affordable and this was greatly appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!4/5 by ,
Reasonably priced accommodation. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.Good location.4/5 by ,
Cosy, comfortable and kid friendly. Be aware that one bedroom opens onto the lounge room, and the other bedroom has to be passed through to reach the bathroom, so it would only work for a close family! The owners did warn us beforehand. The property is clean and tidy but rather tired. We thought it was perfect to have toddlers in though, as we didn't have to panic about wrecking a posh executive suite! The back yard is well enclosed and safe for small kids to play in semi-supervised.The owners were friendly and close at hand when we needed any help. Very close, actually. You can hear them moving around from 6am so don't expect a lie in. We didn't mind because our kids are awake at dawn anyway!I would stay here again, it was perfect for our needs.4/5 by ,
The owner of the property is cool and friendly5/5 by ,
Our hosts were very friendly and were quite happy to help us in any way they could. There was plenty of information regarding tourist sites in the region.5/5 by ,
Property was very clean and comfortable for my family of 4. Location very handy to Canberra and the home was surrounded by great walking tracks. The kids loved the kangaroos we met on our daily walks. Cedric , the owner of the property was very welcoming and made us feel very much at home. I would not hesitate in recommending this property.5/5 by ,
There are a number of "best things" from the hospitality & warm welcoming of the property manager Cedric, to the location, so close to everything in Canberra, to having everything we needed and more for our stay.Even wine & beer on arival, with chocolates & do not get that service anywhere.I came to Canberra with my crew Team Subwway Woolgoolga Rallysport to compete in the Australian Rally Championship. There was plenty of room for my rallycar trailer & crew.We will b back next year.5/5 by ,
The convenience to where we needed the go and the facilities made it the perfect place for us and we will probably stay there again next year. Cedric was excellent and could not do enough for you. The welcoming extras were also a nice touch.4/5 by ,
A very comfortable place to stay, friendly host easy to make contact with. The beds were very cosy and comfortable, great to be able to take our dog with us also. Lovely touches with wine and beer, soft drink and lollies on arrival and a decanter of port for a good nights sleep!! thanks again Cedric !!5/5 by ,
LAngley Heights is fantastic and if we need to stay somewhere again, as we normally stay with family, we would stay here again. It was perfect for our family. It was like a home away from.5/5 by ,
It was a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts go to extra efforts to make their guests feel welcome and think of everything that you might need. The amenities were of high standard. Even our pet dog was made feel very welcome.5/5 by ,

wonderful place to stay.very comfortable. cedric and pattama are lovely hosts who really make your stay most enjoyable.5/5 by , VIC.
I am currently sitting in the lounge room of the appartment writing these comments about our stay here.First thing we noticed was the quiet cal-de-sac with a bush land setting to set you in the mood for RELAXATION. Meeting Cedric (the manager/operator) was like dropping in and staying with an old mate and he made all of us (the whole family, puppies included) feel so very welcome. Cedric showed us around the granny flat style appartment and even our dogs felt comfortable with Cedric and his brother. For Teresa and I, it felt like being a teenager again with the comfort & security of home but being of holidays at the same time....Oh what a feeling.....Cedric, we wish to again thank you for the warm welcome and the very comfortable environment that you have given us.The only thing that is stopping us from staying longer is our schedule and we tried to see if we could change it but alais no cookie. We hope to be back during the easter 2009 school holidays.Cheers, Dave and TeresaPS. Langley Heights is fantastic! The hosts are very flexible to accomodate all needs - both for people and dogs! The property is very quiet and spotlessly clean. The bed and linen is so comfortable there is no good reason to rush out in the morning. However best of all are the special treats that are left for guests in the fridge! They have thought of everything!5/5 by , NSW
Langley Heights B&B has been an excellent home-from-home for us while over from the UK visiting family who live in ACT. As we had an extended stay this time we chose to self-cater and the separate fully-equipped flat provided us with the independence to live normally while in the area and not be dependent on relatives. The area is served by many paths and cycleways and the local bus services are quite frequent into Tuggeranong, with links on to Woden and Civic. However for convenience and to make the most of both the city and countryside, visitors would benefit most if the have access to a car.Sited part-way up Tuggeranong Hill, the area is beautiful and the view from the flat and garden is spectacular. Cedric and Pattama are great hosts and we look forward to returning.4/5 by , BUCKS
Hosts are extremely warm and friendly, accomodation very comfortable and warm, little touches like bottle of wine in the fridge and port by the bedside were lovely. Definitely will stay again. Amazing value for money. Our dog had a great time too!4/5 by , VIC
Great accommodation, very comfortable living area, great beds and lovely bathroom. Would recommend to anyone as good quality budget accommodation. Lovely little treats everywhere, the kids loved the chips and lollies, the adults loved the port and wine. Thanks for a great stay.4/5 by , SA
I had a wonderful stay at Langley Heights. The unit has everything you could need, and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful with little touches like tissues in every room, internet access and especially the complimentary beer and wine in the fridge and port and chocolates on the bedroom dresser!Lots of information on what to do where to eat is provided.Although it is a short distance from Canberra, for a family, it is the perfect set up to enjoy all the ACT has to offer.4/5 by , VIC
Delightful overnight stay. Plenty of room and everything we needed was provided by our hosts. Big bonus -- broadband internet. The dogs loved the garden and the bush walk up the road.Highly recommended.5/5 by , NSW
Very friendly hosts. Lovely and clean accomm. Everything provided. Beautiful views.5/5 by , VIC
Very comfortable, convenient, Hosts made every effort to ensure we had a great stay, felt like we were "at home" rather than occupying a commercial space like a hotel room, great value for money for any size group on a cost per head basis, plus we had the option to self-cater which cuts the cost of a holiday even further, would stay again.5/5 by , NSW
we had a very pleasant stay, the accomodation was more than adequate, with plenty of bedding/towels etc. The kids particularly enjoyed the enclosed back yard, we enjoyed the fantastic shower and very comfy beds- not too hard, not too soft, but just right! It was very warm-the accomodation and the hospitality, couldn't have asked for more, we will definitely be back again!5/5 by , NSW
Great service, friendly greeting and very good value for money, highly recommended5/5 by , VICTORIA
I cannot understand why anyone would want to stay in over-rated and over-priced 5 star hotels close to the city when Langley Heights provides much more. The host was thoughtful, welcoming and provided many personal touches. If I was to visit Canberra again, I would not hesitate to stay there again.5/5 by , SA
We were really happy with our stay at Langley Heights. Cedric was a very good host and our rabbits loved the backyard!5/5 by , NSW
the quality of both the accomadation and the service at Langley heights was first class. The small things like a couple of beers for dad and a few cans of softdrink for the kids on arrival was a graet little intro to a wondreful stay at this place.Cedric was more than helpful with information about Canberra and the surrounding highlights of the area.My family and I have already recommended Langley Heights to some of our freinds who are thinking of visiting Canberra soon.Very highly recommended by all the family5/5 by , SA
Excellent. All the comforts of home, especially with 3 kids and a dog, we were made to feel very welcome. Thanks to Cedric and his family for making a long journey very comfortable. Kim and Bathe Family Dec 075/5 by , NSW
The place was exactly as described on the website and clean, neat and sooo comfortable. The hamper for breakfast was extremely generous (and tasty). But it was the attention to detail that we really appreciated- the port, the complimentary wine in the fridge, the chocolates, the hairdryer, even the panadol and bandaids in the little emergency box. So thoughtful! Thank you so much! We look forward to return visits through the coming year(s).5/5 by , NSW

We have had a very enjoyable 16 days' stay atLangley Heights Bed and Breakfast. The accomodation was very good and clean with more than adequate kitchen utensils and our hosts Cedric and Pattama extremely helpful and friendly. Furthermore, the place is located in a pleasant, quiet suburb in a natural environment, but only about a 20 minutes' drive away from Civic and a good base to explore the surrounding parks.Overall, the place is really good value.5/5 by , AARGAU

A terrific arrangement. The directions were done well and Cedric was very understanding of our circumstances. He gave us a warm welcome and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The beds were brilliant - we will certainly return in Summer if we get the chance.5/5 by , NSW

Nice and cosy with everything you might need for a very comfortable stay. Sammy the dog appreciated the fact that he was allowed to stay too!4/5 by , NSW
Our family were made to feel at home. The standard of accommodation was excellent and very comfortable. We would thoroughly recommend Langley Heights to anyone looking for a B&B with top value for money and your own self contained accommodation. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating.5/5 by , WA
We were surprised to find, in a suburban street on a hill, such a beautiful gem of a place. It was tasteful, roomy enough for our 5 adult sized family, warm (on a freezing night), comfortable. It felt like our own secret hideaway. Our host was most helpful, generous and flexible. I was sorry we could not take up the offer of a Thai dinner cooked on the premises. I will be very happy to stay again and take some time for the sites around the south end of Canberra5/5 by , VIC
We would rate 'Langley Heights Bed and Breakfast' not 4 or 5 star but 10 star accommodation. The hospitality and service was absolutely the best ever.5/5 by , TASMANIA
A very good, nice and clean place. Fully equipped.5/5 by , NSW
